Frontier Airlines App Reviews

When trying to purchase tickets I will get to the screen on the app that confirms the flight you want to book and it won’t allow me to proceed. I have to leave the app and use a desktop to complete booking. Very Frustrating

I like the Frontier app a lot! It’s quite user-friendly and loads quicker than many other Airlines apps.

My children are at traveling agaes but I can’t get an estimate of what it would be to fly out 13 and 14 yr who’s capable of reading and surroundings.

Great app! Super easy to use!

The app is OK. You need to click the tiny “i” logo to see the segments of a non-stop flight. It took me a while to spot it… I have earned Gold status with Frontier rapidly. Flights have been on time and pleasant. Staff has been awesome. I am disappointed that the online booking options from Miles are quite limited for the next two months and require 10-25000 points one way, much more than the flight attendants indicated (5000 one way) when they convinced me to become their frequent flier. Wow unbelievable prices

Was difficult to opt out of the bundling. All else is relatively easy.

Frontier is the best deal going if you are able to fly with just personal item . Thy is is the way to go !!!

This was the easiest to book online ever! I would like a multi city option.

The app is buggy I put in my flight details it will show the days but not the prices for those days. This isn’t the first time this app has done this.

The fares are cheap, but the schedule changes constantly with few options to make anything work with a schedule you may have had that required air travel. Besides getting nickel and dimed for bringing anything other than a fanny pack, customer service is nonexistent, online and in the airport. But, they’re cheap.

Difficult to make reservations with this app. Random roadblocks without communication as to what’s going on or required. Almost like they want you to screw up so they can charge you for changes
