Do you offer a lifetime buy option?

I’ve enjoyed using Gaia, and found the UI update to be positive. But such a large price increase can’t be justified, especially when there are so many highly-rated alternatives.

I have been using OnX for the past few years, but the map layouts and off-line downloading options are lacking. I like this app for its more intuitive map, layouts, and the fact that you can download a very large area for off-line use. However, I have decided this is a no go for me because it is marking pockets of private property in for service as for service. I get that you need money to run such an app, but a heads up would have been appreciated. The app is not quite good enough for me to throw money at a subscription (I have 25 years GIS experience since Arc 3.2), actually, the more connected things have gotten the less functional it all seems. Time to dust off an old Garmin if you want money for this app. Eats my phone battery and have been considering the switch back anyhow lately, so thanks for a good reason to do so.

The past few hikes have only recorded the first .60 miles of a 5+ mile hike. Bug?

iPad mini with external gps through Bluetooth device does not communicate properly resulting in no gps following. Wrote to Gaia exposing the bug and no response.

I’ve used this for 3 years and it’s a great App, but all of the useful features are now blocked behind a $60/year pay wall and while this app offers great value, even the cheapest membership isn’t worth it.
