Gardenia - Plant Organizer App Reviews

I may not be able to use it now, as its missing a huge chunk of info and names on common houseplants, but I enjoyed the interface and way of interacting. I also enjoy that this app doesn't cost you a penny to keep weather and humidity in the same place to check. It is too bad it is a bit buggy or doesn't respond to searches or button taps sometimes.

This would have been my most favorite app in the world if they would have not given up on improving it. The weather thing, the glitches. If the developer kept it up it would have been so great and the best one out there :(

Downloaded this app specifically in hopes that it will help me learn when to water my outdoor plants using the weather monitoring feature. I was unable to get it to work. It would not load or “activate my location”. Please fix bug !

I have plants on my house that aren’t here in the database. So I just have to make them up here.

Should be easier to input data and would be nice to have stored plants viable offline

I love this and it’s so cute but it needs an update. It has the potential to be one of the best gardening apps with a little work.

Nice UI, super cute animations. Wish you can add more data to generic plant when it’s not in database. (Water, light, soil, etc) Most of my plants aren’t in database, but I have all that info from the nursery tag I want to recorded.

What is the point of making a garden if half of the plants “Don’t have information.” This is a nice app but needs more time to add more flowers.

This app is pretty great. I like the information available for different plants and ability to set reminders for each type of care task. I just wish there was a feature that let you add a note or comment to each plant.

I really like the graphics. It would be great to have a grouping feature to group plants in the same garden or area as I water them together. The reminders do not work. Every time I try to set one, I get an “Oh oh!” Error. The app really isn’t very helpful if I cannot track when I planted things, and when they need to be watered. It’s literally just a list of plants.

Potential to be good, but poor selection of plants. Some of the plants that are found don’t have any data, and on those is a request button that errors when you click it. Much better options out there.

it doesn’t appear to... work? i click buttons and they do nothing, i try to use the functions and they just don’t do anything. also half my plants aren’t in the database.

I’ve tried to add in alerts, I get an error message. Couldn’t find a common pothos plant 😕 I’m not a fan of this app. They need to fix the bugs!

This app still needs a lot of development help. The weather feature doesn’t work, many of the plants do not have images so you’re not sure if it’s the correct one or not... etc.

I want to say this is my favorite garden app that I’ve seen. I like the simplicity and design. However, the reminders, notifications, and weather don’t work in the app. I get errors every time. I tried reinstalling, but same issue.

Can’t request. Can’t find location. Most plants I have there is no info.

Downloaded twice and the app is worthless can’t get weather to work and there isn’t plants I’m looking for and it’s too much trouble to try and add them
