I love how easy it is to search by doctor name and specialty. And best of all I get reimbursed for out of pocket expenses when I choose one of Garner’s top providers. It’s a cool benefit that my employer offers… is it weird to say I almost feel better about going to the doctor’s office now?

I’ve found some of the best doctors I’ve ever seen through Garner, and am always confident in their recommendations. I love knowing that the doctors they recommend have good outcomes for patients, and the app is really easy to use.

Have yet to use an approved provider and get reimbursed, but their concierge team is quick to respond and very knowledgeable.

Highest quality doctors, and I have always been able to be seen within a week or two. Getting out of pocket payed for is the cherry on top!

Usually I am skeptical when our HR team “promotes” something new. I have been burned by other “benefits” in the past. To my surprise it’s fairly easy to use and getting money back to pay for the ridiculous costs of healthcare is very helpful.

I’ve always found it difficult to find a doctor who is actually in network and know whether they would be a good doctor and whether I’d get surprise bills. Now I love that I can go into Garner app, find a Top Provider, and know the doctor is a top doctor who is in -network and my costs will be reimbursed. I have much better peace of mind in terms of visiting the doctor. And I love that I know I’m seeing only the best doctors

I tried to find my providers , but they weren’t listed. When I was done entering providers, I couldn’t get out of that field, it just kept looping back to find a provider I had to take additional time to message the concierge to ask specific questions The top provider in one of my practices is over a year wait to see so I see the nurse practitioner which isn’t covered for reimbursement but my insurance accepts and has me pay a specialist co pay for
