10 Positive User Reviews for Genius Jamtracks

Keeps improving!

There was an issue with saving original progressions/tunes. This has been fixed and now the engine is doing its unique work on all kinds of novel harmonic progressions. Looking forward to more HALF TIME feels and variations on rhythmic displacement and more sophisticated bass lines. This is a game changing app the feels way more natural than the competitors. Great work!

Great App

Works perfectly for my needs. I wish that it were either audio unit extension AU or inter-app audio so that it can be used with the AUM mixer on iOS.

Smooth, Friendly and Deep

Well I waited long enough to get this gem of a practice and learning tool. Really enjoyed the editor for quick lead sheet ideas. And THEN I pressed play and could tweak and mix these slick backing tracks that really keep you at it. Walking Bass is excellent. Rhythm tools are like nothing else. And I hear it’s gonna get even better! Can’t wait Sincerely Put

Almost

Great, clever features, but small procedural bugs that drive you nuts. Hit the heart icon to mark favorite tunes, but nothing goes into the favorites folded, just for one example. Hopefully fixes will come. Thanks for response, now I see it.

Awesome

This is awesome. Just genius. People who think this is bad need to realize that this app is for people that are really serious about jazz, not meant for snobs who practice on their $30 toy piano.

Split View

Hello is there a way to make this app share the screen (split screen in Android phones) on my 12.9 brand new iPad Pro with Genius JT and let’s say YouTube? Thanks.

It needs dark mode.

It’s a good play along, but it needs dark mode. When I try to change the style, the “done” button is in the way and I can’t change the style. So it needs work, but so far it’s pretty good.

Great app.

This is a great app. Very useful. If it was airplay compatible, I would give it five stars.

Much better sounding than iRealPro

To me, the sounds here are much much better than iReal, in both sound quality and feel. Would like to be able to add tunes, but otherwise is working great for me.

Great update

With the update and added songs makes this very competitive to other similar iOS apps. A counter to indicate number of time song plays would helpful. Otherwise it’s still a 5 in my opinion.
