Just got it. Seems fun!

Hey Jordan, I got to see you live a few months ago. While setting up the itinerary, I came across one of your videos advertising this app. I finally purchased it. The only negative I have is that there is a bit of latency when playing to my computer. But it sounds very good and has cool features. I highly recommend. I can play guitar as fast as John can with this app, lol!

GeoShred is a powerful instrument with tons of expressive potential. My complaints fall mainly around the interface, which is clunky and difficult to navigate, as well as being aesthetically unpleasing. I will continue to use the app, but would love to see the interface modernized to look and feel more sleek. Also, the scale and mode switcher needs to be much easier to access - menu diving every time to change scales is a major drawback and makes the app less than ideal for live performances. Th

Huge learning curve but it will be worth it in the end. Being mostly a reader who improvises, this forces me to get completely off of the written page, and the expressiveness is out of this world.

Thanks for this app. I’m learning to use it still but so far it’s a lot of fun to use. I like the nuances you get while playing. It feels better than almost all other touch interfaces I’ve played.

I can’t lie. I was pretty sure this app was gonna crash or something, but I was only going based off of books but it’s actually really nice. It’s actually really calming in pretty pretty useful.

Very nice, deep. Addictive, fun. Useful. Plays well with GarageBand with multiple instances running at one time. Mixes well with little adjustment. Nicely made, nicely planned. my favorite thing to do. I can be a legend in my own mind.

I am so glad I discovered GeoShred. It has added a new dimension to my amateur musical journey. The variety and richness of available sounds is unbelievable. I really love the features including the ability to use external input devices like the Seaboard. It calls out to keep shredding!

I can’t say enough about this fantastic app. It has an ever-expanding range of instruments that range from the super synthy to rich orchestral sounds. I have been using this app as a key instrument in my own productions, and it intergrates seamlessly with GarageBand for recording. It’s just a whole lot of fun for not a lot of money, and can give you another tool for your sonic arsenal.

Really wish I had the fretboard speed and accuracy as well as the bend capabilities on a real guitar that are easy to achieve on this. Playing like Jeff Beck, shredding like EVH and it feels so easy as it gives a feeling of playing like the pros

I know IOS 10 is ancient at this stage, but please do not let us update to a version that is broken. Thank you Hope this can be resolved Ipad Air2 if that helps. Tried also from clean boot. No luck

It’s a nice instrument, I’m sure ones I can master this instrument it will bring a lot of musical enjoyment into my Life

This is a fantastic app and being a drummer for 35+years I am playing guitar like a pro lol dig it big time!!!

This is my favorite iPad midi controller. Great sounds. Especially GeoSwam Woodwinds. Are there any features missing. I can only think of one and it does not apply to many users. I would like the ability to view Scribian colors on notes ( customizable ) Would not be difficult to add but not sure how applicable it would be to users.

Great for when inspiration hits, wherever, whenever, my iPad is usually on me, so I just launch GPro, and put the inspiration into action, save it, then export it to Ableton Live. Easy easy, and great sounds.

It’s So Much Fun To Play It’s Difficult To Ever Reach The Recording Process. I’ve lost so many Beautiful Melodie’s to the winds of Time forever. The New GeoSwam Instruments Are Absolutely phenomenal. This app. Is truly a gift to musicians of all the world and into the future. 🌎

It’s an outstanding software , just insane . Great price . Cannot believe .The maestro Jordan Rudess behind the creation , What can I say more.I would have given 6 stars if if I could if there were more options for backing tracks such as more factory backing tracks and more backing tracks with every instrument than can synchronise scale and tune with the scale and tune a player is playing.

As a developer and composer, GeoShred on a new iPad Pro 12.9 has been revolutionary for me. There is no touch screen technology, for any platform, as capable or as latency free as is this new iPad, and in combination with GeoShred, even if used only as controller, the possibilities for expression are mind blowing.

First of all, let me just say that I had this app for years and had written it off quickly as an app that wasn’t for me. I realize now that I just didn’t understand the potential of its versatility, both in the sound engine (the SWAM stuff is easily one of the best things on iOS) and the ease of playability. Add to the fact that the support for the app is incredible and that they were beyond helpful. Probably my most used app for making music at the moment, so I only regret not getting these IAP

This is a wonderful instrument i’m only just now scratching the surface. It’s incredibly fun and expressive 🤘🏽 Only issues I’m having is I’m unable to save 444hz global tuning, it always reverts to 440 hz 😵 Also problems loading up in AUM and audiobus quite often

Everybody saying this app makes real music is right. Nothing else is like it.

This is one of the coolest instruments to come out in years. It is in no joking way it’s own instrument. GeoShred is extremely responsive. Has more customizability than most hardware synths and sounds absolutely amazing. This is a must have in every way!

Recently purchased the app just to get the geoswamtenorsax sound and I am totally pleased. Great app! I also have the flute.

A great app that integrates well with DAW. Very nice complement to my other synth sounds. It is equal to my Roland and my Nord synth sounds and offers advantages of touch controls.

I’ve been dabbling with this app since it came out. The physically modeling is absolutely amazing! I have bought every on-app purchase and have only one regret … that I had the time to truly master this incredible instrument!

This app is unbelievable! Using the a AUV3 plug-in, and the GeoShred keyboard, I just did a full orchestral arrangement using the GeoSwam instruments, and the feedback distortion guitar. Best money spent on the music app ever!

Awesome product Jordan, you are the real deal.

ChatGTP recommended it for the dobro to go with my Seaboard block, and said real dobro players wouldn't be able to tell the difference in a full mix lol. Yeah, no. Some instruments could be good for electronic stuff, but not for real instruments. It gets 2 stars simply because it works with the Seaboard.
