For 4 hours we tried to cross from Jerusalem to the old city .. bc we were staying the night and traveling with elderly it was impossible to park where we were told to . Our diver picked us up in 2 minutes. And within 10 we were inside and had cut the walk by 75% and eliminated the stairs. Wish I had thought of it earlier.

Everything perfect, driving. Waited for me five minutes with no issues. Thank you very much.

Gett is vital for getting around the city. I use it often. Drivers are professional and cars are comfortable. My only issue is that often there are no drivers available and I must forgo using the app and turn to another form of transportation. A shame.

I love how easy this is to use, how quickly I get a cab and how easy it is to split a cab with friends.

The driver was on time and patient for us to find him. He played music like the club we came out of, maybe to match the vibe or it was his favorite. He took a direct route and nicely said good night (in Hebrew of course).

This wonderful Armenian Christian cab driver was charming and wonderful to talk to. And he said Family is the best! He is so right!

We enjoyed our time with Dean as he took us to Heathrow airport and did so safely and with a wonderful spirit.

drivers couldn’t cancel so easy without any consequences. When you wait at a major hotel entrance and the app says the driver is there but they are clearly not there. Then you call them and the hang up, and then you’re informed you may be charged a fee and also you’ll have to wait another 10min for another taxi. 🙄 When it works it works fairly well but the passenger is under less control than other apps like Uber etc.
