I’ve had the app couple years now and advertisement is $200 a month I may get $200 a year. It also says processing in 2 to 4 days fine print claims up to ten days. Since my review about half have been paid but still waiting for the other four.

Only thing I wish was that they offer more cash back promo codes. When you apply 1 code as a new user, 99.9% of the time (at least from my experience) you are no longer eligible to use other promo codes with better cash back deals. Wish they would do something about this but other than that, it’s a good app to have

I have been using upside for 6 months. It is great. If u use gas u get free money back for doing absolutely nothing. It works really. Try it.

Like when I scan the receipt better. I have not received credit for some of my claims with this new way of doing it

This app is great. It is a little tricky to use when traveling because it might take you to a place the opposite direction of your travel. And if you aren’t familiar with where you are that can be a pain. My only gripe right now, is that my husband also has the app yet he has grocery offers in addition to gas and I only have gas offers. We literally live in the same house and travel to the same places. Not sure why I’m not seeing the grocery offers.

Had issues with the app. I’m not sure what happened,but it’s working now.

It’s a good app, but I’ve tried about 5 different times at Holiday and it processes for a week, than expires. Every other gas station works great. I usually put in 20-30 bucks and get back $1-$3. It adds up.

I don’t like the fact that you can’t reach anyone when you have a problem.

Wow this is great! I hope more & more places use this. I use at restaurants & gas. I definitely look at upside before I choose where to eat lunch or gas up the car!

The only issue I have with this app is when you find the deal you want after searching and open up the directions to it via any GPS-style app, when you go back to the GetUpside app, it has completely exited and you have to go back through the whole process of searching and comparing again. Other than that, it’s great.

I’ve enjoyed so far. I wish there were more restaurants in my area participating

i love this app but the past two weeks it refuses to open! it will sit on the white open screen for ages while still showing me pop up notifications from the app and it’s deals. i’d love to use the app and the money i’ve made in it but i’m about ready to delete and forget, please fix or you’ll lose a customer. thank you

We need more gas station options, bp is the only option for me right now.

The customer service on this app is terrible! Once you transfer funds there’s no way to follow it to make sure you receive it . The app has a lot of cons!

I liked this app better when you had to turn in your receipts. Half the time with the check in method it doesn’t seem to want to give you your money back. I never had a problem with it when I had to turn in receipts.

Easy to use. Makes getting gas fun and not a chore. It might take some getting used to, and it’s worth noting that not all area gas stations and restaurants use it. But it’s just a little bit of time for a fairly bit payout. Thanks, Upside!
