I found an excursion on Moorea French Polynesia on line and booked it in a matter of minutes from my phone.

Our guide Ilia’s was wonderful! His knowledge of the history of Greece really made the sites we visited come to life! He gave us a fantastic recommendation for dinner on top of Athens highest hill. We enjoyed the funicular ride up and down and the food and wine excellent! The views of all of Athens were spectacular! Thank you Ilia’s for an awesome day!

Have fully booked all excursions in Dubin.

Keep getting nonsensical errors trying to sync bookings and email confirmation.

We paid GetYourGuide over $300 for a tour in MX and no one showed to pick us up. When I called the actual local guide he said he does not use GetYourGuide and that we had been scammed.

This app made all my bookings easy and at a very fair cost. This became my essential tool in Dubai, looking forward to experimenting in other cities.

GetYourGuide, please stop advertising the lowest possible “from” price just to get clicks, then immediately raising the price once someone opens the listing. Calling it “dynamic pricing” doesn’t change the fact that it’s a classic bait and switch. Clever marketing? Hardly, just an annoying, outdated practice. I like the site, but just show the actual price. Once customers catch on, they’ll look elsewhere and book tours locally to save money. Like I’m doing right now

The service is amazing, the app is ok but there is a painful bug on iOS. On iOS if you tap to leave a review, once you get to the screen where you actually leave your written review, there is no way to get to the next button. It’s completely hidden by the keyboard and there is no accessible button on the screen besides exit. I’ve discarded at least two written reviews because of this. This has been an absolutely amazing resource for booking my trip! So glad there is a review system for excursions. But it was a bit frustrating that I couldn’t reach the original itinerary/photos etc. from my booking (instead I had to search for it by name and pretend like I was trying to book again to see details… could there be a link to each activity’s original post in the “My Bookings” area? Thanks!)

It’s super cool that you can go to one place to book different things at different places around the world. I’m a travel agent and I use this website as reference and for clients to show the many options of events in different cities and states. It comes in handy because all you have to do is either search an area or a specific thing you want to do.

I really really enjoy this app. It is so easy to find attractions and set them up. Given excellent or almost excellent descriptions to all attractions and meeting points. Had a little issue once and was able to get in touch w someone immediately and resolved my issue in matter of hours. The digital tix are recognized easily worldwide.

I am planning a trip to Italy, and Get Your Guide is so helpful! I love the excursions and day trips I’ve found and have booked a couple now. I originally found GYG online through a Google search, and then downloaded the app. Now, I’ve found myself going back to use it more and more. This app is overly helpful. I went bought trips from this app for paris and Rome that I visited with my son, and 90% was awesome. I don’t think it’s their fault that the guides don’t deliver quality but the app can definitely improve with the review system. They were overly helpful when I had a problem in rome and got full refund. I’m general it’s helpful but they can always improve.

I utilized the Get Your Guide app for my trip to the United Kingdom and Netherlands. Thanks to this amazing app, my family of four had the time of our lives. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who enjoys unique experiences while traveling.

I tried to book this on a pic at least five times unsuccessfully. Customer Svc could not help. Went to my phone app and it worked. Very troublesome. Frankly I would have given up had I not wanted so much to do this tout.

I had a code for 10% off, but when I booked I was charged full price. Bate and switch. Disappointing as this is my first time using this app.
