Past 4 years watching cycling, apps have failed

For the short time I found it, NBC universal, was the place to watch the Giro and Vuelta. Well with Comcast buy out, most all of our cycling had to find other outlets. The Giro is no exception. Unlike the Tour (new app year after year, the Giro has kept nearly identical format for the past 3? Years I've had this. This year was the first I haven't gotten an archived or even live video feeds. I'm still looking, but wondering if the Italian station is cutting cost. Or once again licensing fee

So hard to find the start time on the App … important detail ? … and it keeps asking you to accept the GDPR over and over
