I started my son with the T-Mobile kids Watch and when I switched over to Verizon he was already so used to it. App is super easy to use. I love the fact that I can see where he is and that he can communicate with me and close family. I mostly got it for him to communicate with his dad with out me being involved unless it’s necessary and let me tell you 10/10. I would love to know how I can get him to be able to text from gizmo to Apple with out the app. Only way is to set him up with a permi
I like it, but I do wish I could see how long my son was on a call. And I wish the location worked better like more real time I try to watch his location to know when his bus is here and it’s not working fast enough.
I love this app
This app is great but needs to work on the Apple Watch, I don’t always have my phone but I do my watch and can’t get or respond to my kids messages.
I have nothing negative to say about this app. The functions and accuracy it has to support my son’s Gizmo watch are exactly what I wanted and needed out of a smart watch made for a 7 year old. He loves wearing it because of the technology aspect, and can play a couple of different games while keeping himself on task to finish responsibilities and earn rewards at home. The GPS accuracy of the watch/app has really put my mind at ease when we go any place where there is a crowd of people, or trave
It’s a great starter watch. Definitely not ready for my 10 year old to have a phone. The only thing is that the charger isn’t great, so it doesn’t charge correctly all the time.
I got this for my kid to use in case of an emergency since they are too young for a phone. The location does lag from time to time but outside of that I have no complaints on the app. The app is easy to use and so is the watch.
Love the app so far! But can I adjust the fonts size in the message? Being a busy mom and getting old, it’s difficult to see the fonts in the message so small! Please help to give the older people a better experience to communicate with the kids (Grandma complains too!)!!!
It works well but it will never update my sons location. It’s always showing him at home when he’s at school! Sometimes I have to shut the watch down and turn it back on for it to do right.
I love the Gizmo watch, it gives me piece of mind when my kiddo is too young for a phone. Although sometimes it alerts me that the watch has left a location when really it hasn’t.
I like this app for our daughter’s watch. It works well. Feature request- please add AutoCorrect for the message feature.
Can you add FaceTime on it and also I would like if you made more games on them there is only a hopping one!

I love love love it. #thebestwatch
It’s a good app but at times it really lags to reconnect/get updates from the hardware (might be the watch itself) so I can’t get accurate info. Also my son sometimes doesn’t hear/feel when I’m messaging him. Also could be a more effective monitoring tool for exercise if data was more granular.
Allows me to stay in touch and keep track of 3 grandkids
Ok when it works. I had bought this so my 8 year old daughter could reach us in an event of emergency and for after school sports and for us to make sure she is where she needs to be after school. However often times location is off. We’ve been in a panic because we had received notification that my 8 yr old daughter has left her designated location. Meaning she wasn’t at her after school activity and instead showed she was somewhere across town. We were relieved when we called and she assured u
Perfect for communicating with and tracking young people who are not old enough to have smart phones. Allows them to communicate with their primary adults and vice versa. Thanks Grandma (backup caregiver)
I bought this 2 years ago for my daughter to take to school. Overall its does great but there have been a few times it will ping completely different places. My 4star is because One time it said she was at someone’s house. When I called the school they confirmed she was there. That can freak a parent out and cause trouble!
Works great to keeping in touch with my nephew. Loves to send me message and call me :) It’s also fun for him which I appreciate.
Works well. I can not make a Todo without having to set a duration. Doesn’t make sense to have a time set for some todo tasks. I tried setting the time to 0:0 but it won’t let me
I love this app to communicate to my family but I hate the way the watch can only really be able to send voice messages and I have been getting logged out of my account when I’m trying to text. But other than n that I think it’s a great app!
The watch itself is cool for the child. I like that you can control who’s allowed to contact them and vise versa as well as how much contact is allowed. Here’s the BIG issue I have, the location tracker isn’t accurate at all. At times it says my kid is a block or two away from her actual location which completely defeats the purpose if I actually needed to track her for any reason god forbid. Please update the tracking software, if that gets fixed I have no issue changing to a solid 5-star revie
I love this app to communicate to my family but sometimes it logs me out and it also never saves your password to your smart device so I find it troubling to have to keep remembering my password while getting logged out every so often.
I love this app for my son. The only thing that I don’t like it’s that it loads slow when you are trying to locate it. Other then that, it’s great.
I love this app and gizmo watch for my child. It is great for communication and knowing where he is. I only have one suggestion that it should also have a sleep tracker.
My watch was activated but it never came on I don’t know what’s happening please help I don’t wanna lose 30$!!
My hubby and I love this device. Its a comfort to keep an eye on the kiddos while giving them a chance to do things by themselves. It has always worked when we call them. Both my kids wear one-I would've never felt comfortable letting them walk within five minutes of home otherwise. Great, reliable product !
The watch is not syncing to the app. App says watch is off but watch is on. Please help!
The watch is perfect for my child . However , when I try to track his location it does take longer than I would like sometimes, especially in a situation where I need to track him right away. It also takes so long sometimes I have to go back and try again . Other than that, I think the Gizmo watch is great!
I recently discovered a bug in the gizmo app when a guardian is in a different time zone. The app uses the local phone time to determine if the watch is in school mode. Therefore, I am unable to call my son if my local time is between 7-2pm, even if the local time of the watch is outside of those times. My son can call me and I can text him, but if I try to call him, the app displays a warning that it is in school mode and I cannot call. Please fix! Thank you!
The watch is very good the only issue I have is my kids tend to wear out the battery by playing with the apps on the watch I've looked everywhere to how you can lock the apps but have been unable to find how
No timer or stopwatch on the Disney Edition…? Games, but not everything a watch NEEDS? All to-do list items need a duration? Why?
Every time I open the app I have to re log in despite having every friend and family member consistently logged into theirs. Very frustrating!
Really love the new Gizmo 3. Just wondering, is there any way to choose different options of what kids can utilize in “school mode?” Say I would like for them to only be able to access Step counter and emergency call. It would be helpful to have a list of things we could turn off/on during this mode.
I need to have my phone number unattached from my old email. I can’t set up a new account for my nephew because my old email that I no longer have access to. I need someone to help me remove the phone number from the inaccessible email.
So far app/watch is great. Love the level of control that guardians can set re: contacts. There needs to be gender neutral options for relationship setup, like parent, grandparent, etc. Also would like to able to turn on step counter without setting a goal. Kid is interested in tracking steps, but now feels the need to meet an arbitrary goal. Also seems like the suggested “reward” for meeting the fitness goal is problematic, as the example is “get ice cream” and promoting diet culture/unhealthy
Are you having kids my watch and it is weird because I saw the review saying that we could like FaceTime somewhere but mine doesn’t
I love the Gizmo but why did you have to move the text notifications to the bottom with the app update? Not liking it. It should be at the top with the phone and location notifications, where it was. And now I have to open two windows to read or write a text. Made it much less convenient.

My kids’ watches will get bumped and they accidentally call people and don’t realize it’s happening. It’s happened multiple times during the school day. The watch needs a Lock Screen where they can type a password to access the features.
Suddenly my watch went black while babysitting and it made the noise that it was charging but I had to figure out the app weirdly to get it to normal like a reset and it is laggy and better games these are boring and it definitely deletes my photos after a while and you can’t call 911 for an emergency you can only call one emergency contact you have 1
