Very simple and straightforward, what more could you want!
Tremenda la recomiendo para que estén al día en base al tiempo y temporada de huracanes!!
I down loaded the NOAA Now Pro on my new IPad X. It does not have the Central US Map, why does this not exist now? I have friend in Louisiana that he and I talk weather. He is a retired National Guard full Cornell who worked through Hurricane Katrina. He and I were both Emergency Managers. Please put Central US back!
NOAA Pro is not updating on time. Please update this app so that it provides the most recent information of the National Hurricane Center. For example, if National Hurricane Center emitted a bulletin at 8:00 PM, then NOAA Pro should provide the bulletin at 8:00 PM with the most recent information instead of provide The information two hours later.
Not very refined. All of this I could go directly to NHC website and get. Give me some value for what I spent
Graphics seem to be limited to two, the hurricane path and the wind distribution. Would be improved if app included the full complement of graphics found on the full website. The listings of graphics, summaries, discussions and advisories are all in one long list so if more then one hurricane is being reported on at the same time it gets confusing finding the data you’re wanting for a specific hurricane. Would be improved if data was grouped by hurricane.
Two days ago I upgraded to pro to eliminate ads. The ads continue anyway. The full screen pop-up are particularly annoying. Please refund the upgrade charge. Edit: Turns out the in-app upgrade installed a totally new app in addition to the original free one, which was not within my folder containing weather apps. I had no way of initially knowing this. I stand corrected. The NOAA Now Pro does NOT contain ads.
The weather animations and cloud cover along with front movements are just about all you need to see what the weather will be the next few hours or days or up to a week. Weather is an interesting science and with these weather maps, you will soon learn to read a weather depiction chart and be your own forecaster.
The content helps my family prepare for storms when it needs to happen.
I was expecting, local forecast and radar functionality like on noaa.org But there is non! It seems to render some data pased from real noaa. Not worth $3.
My area shows “content unavailable” even while we’re under a hurricane warning.
