Everytime I make an order the payment goes through cause I use mobile money to make transfer of the payment but each time I do this the app doesn’t get my payment and my money never gets reversed to me it has happened 3 times now how do I fix this and get my money back
Super aplikacija, jednostavno narucivanje. Treba se jos neke mogucnosti u aplikaciji kao npr povecanje baksis naknadno, omoguciti chat opciju sa kurirom prije uzimanja narudzbe za naknadne instrukcije… Sve u svemu super aplikacija!
I’d love to get an explanation to why numbers in the 0599 format aren’t accepted. It’s so frustrating. Fix that and you get a 5-star rating

I keep getting promotional spam notifications almost daily. Yes, I’ve turned off promotoonal notifications in the app. But I still get so many promotional notifications from them that I’ve had to turn off app notifications from Glovo altogether. It’s a good service and they don’t need to resort to such dark tactics. When they fix the issue, I’ll start using the app again.
Pretty good app. Some things could be improved, but overall a very decent app. I like how Glovo is actually interested in your opinion and makes improvements based on your feedback. Keep up the good work Glovo

This is our First delivery with Glovo in Italy. Puts all delivery services in USA to shame. Delivery was super fast and delivery guys were so friendly even though it was very heavy. No wonder it is so popular.

Everything about Glovo is great but you need to work on the delivery time. It can be frustrating sometimes how the time moves from normal to abnormal waiting time. Great app by the way 👍🏽
