Go Fan is a user friendly app for seniors and, of course, most everyone else! Must say I appreciate how intuitive and simple this app is to access games!

Love this app

… but paying $19 for 2 Junior High school soccer games LUDICROUS. Why not charge for parking???

New user here. I understand tickets not going on sale until 12pm the day before a game, now! But list the events and say when they WILL go on sale instead of saying no events scheduled. Otherwise, a great experience 😋

Time changed . It said two hours early and it changed again and I was not notified!!!

When I followed the steps to order the next screen that appeared stated my school couldn’t be found so I started the whole process over. This time it went through except I had two orders which I was charged. I emailed you and in short order you approved a refund for the tickets that weren’t needed. I would rate the initial issue 3 Stars but 5 stars for how you resolved it so fast

It makes the access to tickets and gets the tickets right there so even if you didn’t pre-order it it can get a ticket really quick Plus a reliable app for tickets

I love using this app for all my high school games 🎟️

When the app works it’s ok. However, I have now twice had the situation where I’ve purchased the ticket a few hrs before the event and everything is good (including payment taken from my CC) but when I then go pull it up to show, I get a message saying that I have no tickets. Deleting and reinstalling the app hasn’t helped. So I’ve had to buy a new ticket. Not happy! I’m all for supporting HS sports but not like this. From now on I will not buy a ticket until I’m at the venue.

Such a big fan of this app. No fiddling with cash or a card and makes the process to get into the stadium simpler too.

If you buy a season pass you are unable to transfer separate game tickets. Found this out the hard way. I transferred what I thought was one ticket to my son who was in town. Turns out it transferred one of my season passes I paid $150 for. Hopefully he can send me the link back so I can use it. No where did it say this would happen. Thanks

Need the ability to save CC numbers or pay through Venmo etc

The app charges an extra dollar per ticket, not per transaction and it also does not save your credit card information so you are having to enter it every time to purchase tickets

Throws all the other apps under the water, GoFan is the best! Handles Friday night game nights and they have the best customer support!

App worked well, easy to use, tickets were delivered on time & were all correct.

I was skeptical on the digital ticketing but this is pretty easy.

I am pleased with GOfan customer service. I needed help outside of business hours. I emailed support and my issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Made an error buying tix. I emailed and was contacted quickly and issue resolved. Only other issue was finding the game. Wasn’t listed when searching the school name.

I had bought a ticket for one game and had fun dilly dallying, when all of a sudden... I spot GoFan as a saved contact?? I tried everything humanly possible to get rid of it; blocking it, deleting it, editing it, nothing. Now...it won't let me do anything to it yet is showed as a blocked contact. I expect a free ticket from here on out ❤️ please and thank you 😡

Filtering does not work

He told me the cost of the ticket was seven dollars, but he charged me eight when it hit my credit card. There’s no benefits in me using this app and I wish schools would stop using it.
