Golden Hour App Reviews

This app was awesome until the latest update. Now it doesn’t work right and trying to push me to get the pro version, I didn’t even know there was a pro version. I only used it for one thing and that was all I needed it for.

I’ve had this for about 6 months now and it is always right on. One addition that I would love to see added is the BLUE HOUR timeframes as well as Golden Hour.

It works well and is simple. I would like to see some labels explaining the orange and yellow lines on the map.

Does just what it says and does it simply. I did have to read one of the earlier reviews to figure out how to change the date.

This a great app for knowing the start time of the golden hour but the end time is inaccurate. There is usually not an end time that ends exactly one hour after the start time.

I’m so happy to see this app got a refresh! It’s hands down my favorite go-to app for golden hour! I was sad because I thought the developers abandoned her and they’ve only made her better! Thank you x1000!

Overall useful and I like the watch app when it works but searching for other locations is broken. When searching in a distant location the results are reported skewed to the current time zone instead of being in the location searched. So if your in MST and search for a location in EST, the times are shown in MST.

Great app but iPhone X optimization is still not present in the app. Hoping it comes soon!

The map when using the iPhone SE is tiny (much smaller than in the sample screenshots) and there is no in-app method to contact the developer. Could be great if this was fixed. For now, do NOT download for the iPhone SE. $0.99 wasted which is not that bad, but still. Not as advertised.
