We visit Dallas regularly and love DART. Use it every time we visit our son.

Go Pass card

We should be able to scan our card from the app and apple wallet

Needs to be updated

Beware this app needs an update. You never know when you me on a ride share. Literally called a ride just for it to pass my stop and drop someone off further. Cheap and ineffective sometimes. Hit and miss

Recommend Your Job Close To Dart or Home

I’m very close to the dart train and provide dart mini van to take me home

Confusing

The app asked me to load at least $5 credit to my account, but then I had to pay separately for a bus ticket

Dependent Pass Rider

I would like to give this app 5 stars but what’s the point if I can’t add my dependent pass to my profile? If I have a dependent pass why should I have to buy passes to book a ride with GoLink? Please fix this issue by allowing Dependent Pass users the option to book with our Pass ID. I don’t want to have to call you every time I need a to book a ride.

I appreciate the App updates and the train

I’ve rode the train numerous times to the airport and back from Fort Worth and to Dallas on occasion. I’m glad to see the recent updates to the app so that tells me there’s investment being made to this public service. I really appreciate this service. I noticed in the recent update it was mentioned that “improved clarity on fare caps”, I'm not sure what a fare cap even is? Would be nice to see this explained. I tried looking through the FAQs but I didn’t see it. Maybe I missed it. Thanks again!

Great App, works perfectly!

Confusing-please edit.

There’s too many tabs, too many pages. And too many steps to buy a ticket. Felt like I had to know Microsoft Excel to navigate the app.

Fixed income and Disable Veteran

Dart works for me. I really hope that the rate can stay the same because people on fixed income are not getting a raise in benefits to justify the rate increase being proposed. Let’s not raise the fare so much. From 96 to 126 is pretty steep. How about to 100? All the other proposed changes seem okay as far as consolidating am and pm fares to three hours. Thanks for the service!

Disappointing App

This app regularly malfunctions!

Poor functionality for trip planning

Multiple instances where I cannot plan/map trips to DFW. Either the location of the station is incorrect because there are multiple locations labeled similarly or it cannot find where I am, even when I have selected a nearby station as a starting point. Tonight, the app is showing no train service for tomorrow or beyond.
