I like the game and it’s fun to play but to have to use money and diamonds to get anything and then not be able to watch videos to earn them is very annoying

Lots of fun, I love the quality of the game.

I’ve been playing this game since before the pandemic, its good.

It's a fun time.. Exactly as advertised!

I worked extremely hard and reached level 100 in just three days, but after deleting the game and reinstalling it, I didn’t receive any of the diamond rewards that are supposed to be given after clearing Stage 5 and Stage 10. One of the main reasons I kept playing this game was because it was generous with diamonds in the early stages, but these errors keep happening and make it impossible for me to continue playing. Please fix this issue.

So far, so good.

Last in-game quests do not work. As i try to play them the game shuts down. Regular levels work fine.

This is by far my favorite!! I do wish it was easier to get more prizes as I’ve purchased a lot of upgrades. All the hotels are super cute though!

I love this game, but the amount of crap you have to click through when you get in to play the actual game is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when you are given a 10min boost of some kind and then the game spend 2-3mins going through unskippable tutorials for like side quest i don’t care about and will never do. It’s a stupid thing to be mad about i know, but it’s infuriating.

I love that I can play earlier levels while I’m waiting for the new hotel. Today when I try to open it all I’m getting is a blank screen. I’m afraid to reload the ap because I don’t want to lose my progress.

It would be way better if they didn’t push purchases as hard as they did.

I find this game quite fun. Love the different styles of hotels and their various foods/drinks/styles.

Challenging at times but lots of fun!

Like the app but feel it takes too long to earn diamonds to buy updates and why give coins if we can’t use them to upgrade the items. You also took away the other daily prizes that we could earn diamonds for watching ads. I don’t like I feel like I have use real money to buy diamonds to upgrade anything.

They have made it harder to get any upgrades without a long cycle of ads forced on you. Also the rounds are way too long and are boring! No need to win 80 times just to move ahead.

I love love love this game and have reached the “end” .. :( I was wondering if there were going to be more hotels added? Thank you!!!

This game gives so many hours of fun play - until you get addicted and hit a wall.

Game was fun till the ads came up every five mins of play. Then the screens that are begging for money are super annoying added with the fact that it’s just two people trying g to run a big a hotel. I won’t be back.

I guess i’ll leave this here. I had been enjoying this game for a little while but since the last update it wont actually load anymore. Tried contacting support but haven't heard anything. EDIT Fixed.

It’s fun to play fast past but love how fast you came update the future of the hotel I think that’s what keeps me interested don’t have to wait around and a big bounce not to many pop up annoying ads

Fun gameplay and addicting

I’ve been waiting for months after completing Linnunrata for a new hotel to open, but it just keeps posting that they are being developed. When will they be open?

Fun game with a slight challenge I’m sure will get harder and harder as the levels go up.

Great game. When is the next hotel?

I’ve played this game in the past. I just recently started playing it again and the length of the advertisements are kinda annoying. I understand that you have to advertise but, it seems like it takes forever for the X button to show up in the corner. I play other games that have advertisements and they are pretty quick. With this game I’ve had to close and reopen it multiple times just to get back to the game.

Great game. The last hotel definitely was not my favorite. Can’t wait for the next hotel.

It’s pretty cool in my opinion. You have to make sure you pay attention to the customers coming and the ones in the room. It keep u alert cause you don’t wanna fail the level lol.

It’s a great game BUT why does it take weeks to get a new hotel?? Guess it’s time to look for another app. ☹️

You should improve the speed of the staff and guest should have good patience level. Overall game is good. I love it. Hope there should be more things will come up and less things to worry

I wish i could have african american hostess or busboy. I wish they let u edit their skintones or something. Not just the clothes.

The game is fine, but very hard to progress. If you run out of gems, then you cannot upgrade or win level levels to advance.

I used to like this game. Now you have to make purchases to beat certain levels. The timer on getting items is shortened so you won’t complete tasks before the allotted time. They’ve made the game not fun. Being on one level for weeks at a time.
