They dnt offer a continental breakfast/breakfast with your stay..

Not having to drive for days and still have a great vacation. The kids loved it, the staff of the entire lodge were fantastic!

Just need a few more workers on the slides to speed things up a bit, and update the electronics and tvs in the rooms. Kids and us love this place

So disappointed. Too crowded, no towel bar in bathroom and food was just ok. Water park was so noisy that we had to yell to be heard. Drove up from Florida and took our ‘pack’ of 4 Grandkids. Tiles in ‘pools’ were filthy. Staying in Florida next time….at least it’s clean and not so noisy!!

I have been on multiple vacations to different parks beaches etc but this is like no other your kids won’t want to leave and if u can wait I would just put money aside for when they have sales I had got my 3 night with paw pass and dinning for 400 for 4 people that’s 100 a person and it usually 3-600 a night so keep looking for those sales and check different dates cause not everyday is same

We stayed as an extension of our kids spring break. Our stay was only two nights but it was very memorable! It is rare these days to get good service, but each person as a part of a whole worked together to give us a wonderful stay. We will definitely do this again for a quick getaway!!

The app is accurate and helpful, but I’ve visited a few lodges over the years and can’t get the chat to update locations, it’s stuck on the first place we signed in to.

This is our third week long stay at this location and never had a problem up til today. We go to check in and the kiosk isn’t working. My reservation shows that the add ons I paid for aren’t there and now I’m told I have to purchase a food package to be able to use my refillable cup! I understand the price increases on food/drink and the limit of one vehicle per room unless you pay for extra parking. But I paid almost $20 for a refillable cup that I can only refill once every half hour, also und

Some of the workers were rude specifically a pizza person but we still had fun.

Had a great stay at GWL for a 5 yr old’s birthday party. The app, however, was not helpful. The information was not current, and the “order through the app” option was about 50%. Perhaps because of the construction? Hoping the app improves with future stays.

We had a bunch of teenagers staying next to us . My kids tried to sleep . They were having twerking dance parties till 11:30pm. Music blasting screaming, bagging on walls. Every time we called security they got even louder. They had no room to move us too. No manager on duty to do anything. We will never be back
