My ticket was randomly canceled then I was told it’s to late that I canceled my ticket there’s nothing they can do but I never canceled the ticket and no refund just 40 dollar voucher for a $210 dollar ticket lost that I was trying to use to aswell but the people on the phone and at the desk told me basically o well nothing they can do the guy on the phone said there was not even a customer service line for grey hound but I booked another ticket if the same thing happens again I am never riding
