This has been the best app ever. I am so sad it is ending. I started in 2016 and never worried about taking pictures and receiving them. I’m not sure what I’ll do now but thank you so much for what you did. Joanne

I went to upload my photos today as my book usually closed on the 15th before midnight and it is already wanting me to upload for December. I’m not very happy about this. Please let me know why it closed early this time.

An amazing app pictures are great and reasonable prices

I know I don’t pay extra for shipping and it says 10-18 days but it’s almost a full month. I’ve made my second book and still haven’t seen my first October book

I want to be able to preview the book before I order.

I really love the concept of this app but it is hard to select your photos when the page is constantly jumping to the bottom of the screen. And there is no way to report a problem.

I have been using this for years. I always tell my friends and family about it but I also tell the the app needs work. It is a super hassle uploading the images.

I have cancelled this a few times because the concept is awesome, but the app has a lot of glitches that are very frustrating and the photo quality is not great.

Great to have the photo books each month But lately I’ve had a lot of trouble with the app

For such a low price I can’t really complain! Customer service was also really prompt, helpful, and attentive. Although I will have to say, the prints have a bit of a nauseating smell and certain details were cropped out (disappointing 😓)

I can’t even scroll to add my photos bc it just bounces back to the bottom. Pleaseeee fix ASAP!

I’ve been using this app for family photos for sometime now and enjoy getting the books to save, send for gifts and frame. Helps relieve my phone of so many pictures. Thanks Groovebook!

Groovebook provides great service, however, when your order doesn’t go through, trying to correct things doesn’t work because there is no way that I can find to contact them to resolve the issue.

Always have a problem ordering my book and half of the time I don’t even get one and the pictures don’t look as nice as they use to the paper they print on is cheap and thin

It’s hard to upload pictures because the app constantly resets and brings me back to the bottom of the my photo list! Great product! Horrible app

Groovebook delivers on it’s promises. Simple and easy way to get high quality prints of photos in your camera roll.

This is kinda of a review/question if you buy the subscription than delete the app does the subscription cancel?

Great Customer Support replied within 24 hours even on Saturday.

Used to love the app. I could choose specific albums from my photos. Now I have to search my camera roll and it refreshes before I can choose 10 pictures 🙄🙄

Never rated an app but this was fast easy and sooo cool. I emailed customer service for a as question and got a as clear explanation and answer back with in hours! Definitely recommend

It was amazing! I love the books I got, they were in very great quality too!

Used to love this app. Was so easy to use and photo books were good quality. Now photos are flimsy and app keeps rebooting when I try to upload photos. Very frustrating!!!

This app/program is an amazing deal. For $4 a month, simply follow the instructions, don’t be in a rush and you will have a new picture book heading your way every month.

It is very inconvenient when I accidentally uploaded over 100 photos; there is no option for me to delete those pictures. I have to contact customer service via email to redo all of my uploaded photos, and I have to do it again.

Where to begin?! Totally love this app! Can’t express enough how much I enjoy picking and choosing my monthly photos. So so exciting each time! If you don’t have this app, plz consider making a download, you won’t be disappointed!

I just received my first Groovebook and I love it! 100% recommend.

Great idea but poor quality, you can’t even track your package and they uploaded the same pictures twice!

I love the idea of Groovebook and have been using them for years, with no issues; until this past year. Lots of mistakes and incorrect Billings.

Love the convenience but many small issues

It seems fun and I’ve seen great things about this app, but everytime I submit the payment part the app itself crashes and I have to start over.

I love this but it does not allow you to delete photos that you selected but want to change! I have two pics there ... tried and can’t delete them! Very frustrating!
