Like the integration

Editing features are limited. Ability to make changes, including cut, copy and paste, are needed. Also, ability to copy entire events and tasks would be very useful.

I owe alot of my success to this app. There have been so many tasks apps coming and going, yet the pivotal feature that sets this app apart is the recurring calendar tasks that syncs with Google. The Google tasks app doesn't even have that feature. Something so simple yet so profound.

Easy to learn easy to use

Just when this app almost became the best, overnight lost it all? No more syncing between devices! Yes it syncs with google tasks from the device, but never gets updates on any other device Oh! Excuse me some times and after few hours I see updates! Waw! I mean just great, while other apps update immediately and %100 all the time, gTasks is draw of the luck I send them several messages but till now no answer

Satisfying when checking off tasks

I love this app for so many reasons. First, I can put routines in there and set them for whatever repeated timeframe works for that particular routine. I can set times of day which helps me organize my day. I can also leave off any deadline so I can go back and choose when I want to do that task whenever I am ready for it but it is there so I don’t forget it. Thank you for a great and helpful app!

It is easy to use. One improvement I would recommend is I would prefer calendar to set date for task. Since that is not available in app I tend to set dates which are more than a week out in my Google Calendar app.

This app is pretty good and priced reasonably. I like that it does keep me organized well for my meeting and it syncs with my calendar. I like the reminder feature but wish it had an option for a second reminder for those time who are in a meeting and the time comes when you have to wrap it up. It would be cool to be able to incorporate the mapping feature if you added address in your task, along with the feature to suggest times to leave to arrive on time.

This app integrates with google calendar seamlessly. Very helpful!

So far I like it, a great addition to google tasks!

I’ve had the pleasure of using this app for quite sometime now. It’s never disappointed me.

If you need something to create a task list, meal planning or just everyday items, this is great. Worth trying

Visually and interactively simple and pleasing. Straight up lists with just enough of the essentials: add a note, switch item to another list, create new list, navigate lists with easy-access drop menu.

Excellent tool if you use Google tasks and been using it for quite some time. Things i like: - Printing - Folding tasks/subtasks - Ability to see all lists of tasks and move tasks within those lists Would love to see a few other features: - Multiple Tasks Selection to move items between lists - When adding subtasks, would be nice to see the other subtasks under the master task as well when you add them. The native Google Task App seems to handle this - Ability to add a task from the lock scree

The app is very helpful in reminding me about what’s important to me.

Tried other applications and then I just came back 'home'. So helpful and syncs beautifully. No more multiple lists as long as it is written in this app!

Would like ability to delete completed tasks, sort remaining tasks and multiple levels

gTasks Pro does what I need it to do. Make a task list, add due date and time, alert you. And you can sync it to calendar. Works for me.

I’ve been using this app for many years, and during that time they have perfected it with their updates. It does everything it was intended to do plus some! Check out all that this app provides and believe me, they deliver! Don’t ever remember having any problems with it since I started using it.

Been using for 6 years and love the way I can prioritize and organize lists. With the ability to add sub tasks and add due dates I have not found anything to be impossible.

Syncs with google tasks, but has a better interface. Displays more content on the screen, let’s you indent/promote subtasks by swiping, and allows you to collapse subtasks under the primary task to get them out of the view too.

gTasks Pro is an excellent tool for managing tasks and to-do lists. It integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar and Gmail. This is an essential tool for personal, project and business time management. Well done!

Nice app, very useful. Every once & a while has trouble syncing with Google.

I am sure when I learn to us it better it will be A++, but now just A+. Great but greater when I learn faster. MY FAULT, NOT THEIRS.

This was an essential tool for me for years- unfortunately when I changed phones about 75% of my lists were gone. Passwords, journals and other vital information is MIA. I had synced my list w gmail but that was gone as well. I’ve emailed support 2x- one time 2 weeks ago and another 7 days ago with no response.
