13 Positive User Reviews for Guess the Code Pro
Well made!
I am a big fan of puzzle games, they help me unwind. This app is a great implementation of the classic code guessing game (like the board game Mastermind). There is no time limit, just a limit in the number of guesses, so you can take your time and think thru the clues. It has many options and three difficulty settings so any level of skill can jump right in. There is even a color-blind mode using letters for those that need/prefer it. I would recommend this puzzle game to anyone that likes
Great exercise
Nostalgia indeed and a well designed app for a good mental exercise. Stats would make it more enticing
Very enjoyable
A very nice version of the old classic Mastermind.
Not bad
Let your paying customers use the whole screen. The space for ads is still there, just empty. Also, the icons for your other games = advertising. At least hide them in the "More games" section.
A classic from 70s
A great puzzle with super junior learning levels. Logic based. Lateral thinking needed in closing stages which is a life skill.
Guess the code
I've always LOVED this game. I like that I can play just like I did as a kid with my mom
I give it 10+*** if I could 😃
Excellent
Fun to play. It would be nice to have a score tracking mechanism like average number of guesses either total or over the past N games. A reminder of the options chosen while playing would also be useful
Outstanding!
Excellent game. I play it every day, and it never gets old. Several interesting levels of difficulty. Usually challenging at the hardest levels, but beatable, with some thought. Exercises the logic circuits.
Best ever
This logic game is the best version of Master Mind. Must try!
I love this game
Found this game on Kindle and just came across it in the app store. I set it so that colors can't repeat in a line. It's a challenge but not crazy that way. Worth the price.
Fun to cheat with bug
Great game. But w bug, here is how to cheat and stump friend. The bug is, when you know the answer, click ok but then click NEW as fast as you can. Now on the next game most of the answers are revealed if you scroll up. The faster you click, the more you see. Haha. Drives friends batty when I guess code in 3 moves on hardest level.
Good, but needs variety
If you like mastermind, you’ll enjoy the game. It’s the classic game with three levels of difficulty. It’s easy to play, and gives you a nice workout with logic. My only wish is that there was some sort of occasional challenge or competition.
Solid representation of the game
The only thing I wish is that the ui was a bit better and I could drag previous color pegs into a new position rather than needing the picker.
