I might be missing something but I can't seem to figure out how to write in pull offs, hammer ons vibratos, etc. Simply typing for example "p" for a pull off should not be its own bar, it should be combined (ex: |15p14| not | 15 | p | 14 |). Nice app otherwise the configuration settings are useful.

This is a quality app that does the job well and has great functionality. It is easy to input the notes on the fretboard. Click a note again and it disappears. You can grab a chord or measure and move it around to the right beat, make bar lines, transpose sections that you input incorrectly, name chords, change the string names and more. You can playback your score to check it. Kyle is friendly and responsive. He is working on some tweaks that will make this app unbeatable.

Nomenclature for hammer on/off, slides,strum direction, etc. not explained. Easy to use.

I've found this app helpful in adding chord diagrams to my guitar leadsheets.

great app, just one thing, lets me do 5 free tabs, but then makes me pay for more tabs! I WOULD RECOMMEND GETTING A DIFFERENT APP!!

Would give five stars if you could add the option of picking the note on the music staff and then it marking the guitar tab!

This app is a great tool for me as a music hobbyist. It’s intuitive and feature-rich. I can quickly hammer out and share tabs with my mates.

You can make tabs fast but cant print? Seems like a very important piece to the whole point of a tab app. Odd.

I’m writing tabs for my band so I downloaded this, but most of our songs are in drop d and I have no clue how to change the tuning.

I love this app so much. I was writing a tab on it for a song I was currently writing about my doggo, when me (a loving mother of 15 children) realized I could be in a better place. So I kicked my kids to the curb and now I live with my sweet fur baby Daryl, and I am happy as can be!! #kidsarefunnyLOL

This app is great, it has every thing. Except you can add a x to show a muted string. You can’t add and slides, pull offs, Hamer ons, slides vibrato etc. The app is easy to use but without those thing it is harder for more advanced people to write complex progressions. And maybe make to easy to print. (Add a button or something.) so PLEASE MAKE THOSE CHANGES FOR ADVANCED PLAYERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This app is excellent. So well thought out and easy to enter by just tapping on the fretboard at the bottom. Make a small investment of time by reading the help file as you are using it and you will be rolling along.

This app is hands down the simplest and best app for writing tabs. Very simple structure does not overcomplicate the process for people like me who are not looking for an app to write music in. I was just looking for an app that would allow enough information so I could play my favorite songs anytime by just looking at my simple tabs that I wrote. Simple and effective!!!!

i like this tab maker, but i haven’t found a way to change the time between individual notes (only been able to change the speed of the entire song). i’ve only been using it for a few weeks so i could be missing something, but i really like this tab maker
