Game freezes up in progress of playing. Doesn’t return to where you left off, when you leave the game for a while. It resets itself. You should be allowed to ship resources to any city, even if you hav completed them

Thank you for fixing the problem about not being able to play the current city I was in. There is a new problem. When you give us the rewards for like the tournament the check mark to accept it and close it out is so near the bottom it is causing me to always being able to accept it and when it does where I am not able to accept it. I have to go in and out of the game to accept it and at times it still causes me problems to accept and move on to so I can play the game.

Been freezing up a lot lately

I will not be giving my credit card information for free game. if that’s the way it’s gonna be then I’ll just delete it off my desktop

The game gets glitchier and glitchier through every update. There is an option button for getting more time after the game or helping tricks such lightening bolts or kites at the beginning of the game but often after watching the required ad you must tap the button again and watch another and another. I have had to sit through up to 5 different ads before being rewarded. I finally quit the time and tricks options entirely. Good work gummy guys now I watch NO ads.

I can’t beat it after 10 mins but that’s just a skill issue

This game is challenging but to a fault. Daily challenges are way to difficult and are rarely achieved. It seems they are designed to make you purchase extra coins or power ups, which is super annoying. At least give a backup gift for making the effort.

I love this game. I have played it for years. One of my main complaints are the words flashing across the screen. It makes it very difficult when in a timed game, one with monsters, or the sand. Please, please do something about it. I don’t mind doing the surveys but feel like you’re not listening! Too much time in between lives and buying lives that we lose. Make some adjustments. I love this game except for the fact that I can’t send gifts to my two friends who play. I can’t see there progress but they can see mine????

I have played this game four five years. Now I catch it cheating me out of points. Changing how it operates. It’s not fun anymore.

I am having a problem with my game. Every time I try to get a boost it won’t go. It just goes to the commercial page and there is no way to get rid of it except to get rid of the game and start over it happens every time has been doing it for the last three weeks. Thank you. Need your help.

I am playing this game for many years but after I installed IOS 17 it’s crashing every few seconds, can’t finish the level without restarting the game

I’ve been playing this game for the past 3 or 4 years. I’ve really enjoyed the different puzzles but one thing is driving me crazy! They have offered videos to earn power ups and extra moves, but you can’t get out of them half of the time. You get stuck in a cycle of “download this game” and then back to the video. Over and over! It feels like you’re being strong armed. I hate when it does that. It takes the fun out of the game. I’ve had to shut off my iPad just to get out of it.

They need to fix these ads that open in a frozen status and the only option is starting the level over causing us to lose a life, very frustrating and it is getting worse

The continual game freezes are ridiculous. I used to love this game, but now it is just too frustrating to lose the progress made. Very disappointing.

Let’s get rid of watching commercials. If I wanted to watch commercials I would turn on the television.

This game is so predictable: 1. You win more in mid morning and later at night when less people are playing. Prime times you lose all the time. 2. Free spin results are directly related to how many moves you need to beat the level. For example… if you need five it will give you one. If you need one it will give you five. Just so you can’t say it never gives you five. You would think they would want you to keep playing so maybe you would buy something which I refuse to do because I alread

I joined this because a friend of mine suggested it. I like the game but I won’t load my fb friends. I’m signed on to fb but it won’t load friends so we can’t share and send gifts. Don’t think it’s worth it without it playing correctly. I’ve done all the help features but still won’t load them.

I have been playing Gummy Drop for several years, love the game and have never had a problem until they pushed out a new version in June. Since that time the game closes unexpectedly several times a day. I have contacted them for assistance, reloaded the game and the problem persists. Will continue to play for awhile hoping it improves but I am tired of losing coins and money on purchases.

I love the game but I can’t invite my friends

I am trying desperately to finish the Cinco de Mayo Fiasta. I have 2 days left before it ends and this game keeps crashing. Sometimes I open the app and this event isn’t even there. I have restarted the game, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have restarted my iPad, what is the problem? This event is there and then it’s gone. The game keeps crashing just when I’m winning or about to win and then I lose all of my time, money and progress. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!
