I love this app In general, but some entries need to be updated. For instance- Twitter, now X, doesn’t reflect the new ownership and value changes. But overall it’s find it very interesting and helpful.

I’ve used this for years although it doesn’t seem to have been updated in a while. It’s still helpful. I think a lot of people bashing it do not understand how data works or what non partisan truly means.

Thank you all so much for creating this app. It’s been instrumental to me in researching campaign financing. My only idea would be that it would be very informative to be able to see how much money each brand has donated to politicians. I’m not sure if this is even possible but that is my only idea on how to make this app even better!

You do not answer email requests for information on companies not already on your list.

Great information

Recently I’ve been particularly self-conscious with respect to where my family’s money is going, and it has absorbed too much of my attention. This app, which I discovered today, does everything I had hoped and then some.

I was able to create my profile, but unable to get results from survey to rate myself. I took it 3 times and no results.

We need to see this app as an excellent educational tool Where are your dollars going? Really? I’ve quit shopping at as many GOP run/supported businesses as I can. A lot of them work to hide their politics from their customers but Goods does our homework for us and helps us spend where it best supports Democracy 💙

Quite likely you have wondered how your favorite products contribute to the political machinery. I never knew there was a way to find this out till I heard of this web site. At a boon! I’ve changed some of my product choices, like shoes, because my usual choice gives highly to the Republican Party!! I appreciate being able to track how various companies contribute politically!!

Overall, I like the idea of the app. Great to be informed about who you’re doing business with. The one problem I see is that the profile creation process does not work. I’ve seen other comments to this effect as well. Also, when, and if the profile process is fixed, I would suggest adding more choices like Costco to categories like gas and HomeGoods. Also, the “other” radio button should not disable the other selections.

I love this app, and am sharing it with friends and family. I just want to know if the data automatically updates or if the data stays the same after being put in?

Why has it been 2 years? So much has changed.

Now I can shop more politically because I know which vendors contribute to my favorite party. It even shows which politicians they support.

The information is great, but it won’t accept the answers to get my rating so it’s clunky having to navigate each company individually instead of proving a score and better company options based on my preferences.

Keeps me away from Republican businesses

We absolutely need more transparency like this app, but the favorite brands tab doesn’t work, the political breakdown quiz malfunctions, and the app could use a lot of help in general

At this time in history I need to know that my money is supporting those company’s with morals and decency

I’ve taken the quiz three times and it just keeps starting over. I can’t get results. It also couldn’t find my old password but wouldn’t let me make a new account.

I love the way this app helps me put my money where I want it to go. I tell everyone I know - well, some don’t care. But those who do, I tell them. Thanks for all you do.

Corporations are so heavily involved in our government, and the more of our money we give them, the more power they have over our laws. Goods helps make sure I’m only giving money and power to those that I believe are making the world a little better, when so many choose to make it worse. And I think that’s the best place to start.

Find it interesting to see which companies donate to which political party. Now I try to support the companies who I align with.

I appreciate the breakdown as there are sometimes businesses that both donate in ways I don’t want to support. At least if I see that the company is not giving support though the owners might be, I can make a better decision between two bad choices. Thanks for helping me to make informed decisions about where I spend my money. I also appreciate the designation of positions on Roe.

I’ve used this app for years and love it. I just looked for updates though, and didn’t see anything new. I would like to see who is donating to the GA candidates and other key candidates in races around the country-and they aren’t listed. #2022

I’ve always wanted to know who to support according to my political beliefs, this has made it easy. I was up for hours one night checking it out.

Glad I could see who is supporting the demise of our country and stop sending money to the dem supporters.

I love Goods. It’s never been so Important to funding companies who choose to fund corporations or call me names behind my back. I think Home Depot was a great example for me. When because I was in the party that believes in equality, environmental concerns (regulations) climate change, and most of all honesty get called a libtard by the CEO, I walked away. Getting used to Lowe’s, but would like to see more blue companies found.

The dollars we spend are more impactful than any vote we cast. this is one of the most useful apps on my phone.On a daily basis I use this app before spending money.

Given today’s political climate and the public’s ability to have a voice through economics, this website is invaluable.

Your purchasing power is a far more effective way of voting than our elections. So use it to your advantage and vote with who you choose to purchase from.

Thank you to the developers ! I use it regularly to help me make the best decisions for me, matching my beliefs and helping to fund them rather than unknowingly fund businesses and people I do not want to support. Very beneficial. !

I use this app a lot. My consumer dollar need to go to companies who align with making America better not prejudice.

My only negative criticism of this app is that I can’t immediately find EVERY commercial vendor with which I am involved! But, I can tell that it’s a work in progress!

I cannot get my preferences to stick

Love the app but when taking the self rating quiz the screen just goes blank and doesn’t show the results.

So happy to have this app- trying to spread the word. I may just be one conservative but if we unite and take our money elsewhere- it will have an impact on these cancel culture companies. Everyone should be treated with kindness and respect!

If I purchase app, is the contribution data refreshed to at least 2018? My app seems to be 2016 contributions. 3/10/21 Same question as above. When we 2020 results be added to the app?

GUU Team - twice your profile development process has taken me through the 10 question survey for the brands AND twice it has return zero results and made me start from scratch. I imagine this is a glitch in the survey component and hope you get it fixed ASAP. There's nothing quite as annoying for a new user as spending time to populate the company's information request to make it more beneficial ONLY to have the company not properly compile or aggregate the data they're asking you to provide.
