Best gym app that I have found to date...A LOT of functionality, learning curve required...but with it!

Полностью заменяет бумажный дневник тренировок. Сначала было сложновато разобраться с интефейсом, но зато сейчас уже не представляю как можно обходится без приложения. Идеально для тех, кто использует принцип периодизации в тренировках и следит за статистикой прогресса.

Lots of exercises and great info to aid your workouts. This app has become the foundation of my own body control plan.

Missing a few exercises and features, but easy to add missing exercises and work around missing features (like leaving yourself a hint that you should try more/less weight for a set next time - using a note works in a pinch). After looking at help home screen should focus on features instead.

Has all of the features you'd want from a gym app. Simple, a bit unintuitive interface but great usability. I use this app whenever I go to the gym.

This app is really amazing and useful to keep track of your progress and to construct new goals. I definitely recommend if you want to make serious gains. It's very easy to use ! 👍👍👍 3 thumbs up !

Been using the app for several years. Features that used to be free now cost. Loyalty means little. However, it's still one of the better gym apps around.

Needs to support iphone 5s

Great app but I once paid for no ads, now I have to pay monthly. Lame.
