The app is easy to use, convenient for online shopping and easy to see what’s in stock. H&M has some of my favorite clothes including jeans, sweatshirts, polos and more.

I have tried multiple brands but I would rank H&M #1 for its quality and prices. I shop more for my kids here. Excellent quality and Clothes don’t get wobbled even after multiple use. Please show pajamas with both pants and shirts. I spend multiple minutes searching for tops for the pants for the pajamas.

I have shopped at H&M my whole entire life. For me my family and for my close ones Lately the prices has been getting so out of control And the materials are getting cheaper and cheaper Can’t wash ur clothes twice from H&M. Especially Sweater, cardigans … Overrated lately. That’s the word overrated I’m sorry but I have to let H&M go

Need to focus on stock issues with the oversized t-shirts. Other than that worth shopping here!

I love shopping here but every time i’m scrolling through the app and exit out to check something on my phone and come back it takes me back to the home screen of the app and not where i was previously scrolling which is very annoying so if you could fix that, that would be great!

I'm not really a go to the store type of person cause what if they don't have the product that I want? That's why the app is convinient, so much really). What they can improve on is add like the little name on the product though like what kind of t shirt is this? Is this a Slim fit etroite or a slim fit coupe(it's not the same) but it lets buyers know what kind of shirt this is, same for slacks.

Not a great website, keeps refreshing itself and glitches too much!

The ease of online shopping is what I appreciate.

I didn’t see a place for feedback in the app, so writing it here. When I’m looking at new arrivals, sorted from most to least expensive, I’m seeing yellow highlighted items every 2-7 spots. The problem is, they aren’t adhering to the sort order. So on mobile, 1 out of the 4 items visible are a random price. It’s confusing and annoying.

Please allow an English option for the Japan region. I noticed Other regions have the option to either be in the country’s native language and then in English. Tons of English speaking consumers live in Japan. It would be very helpful. Thank youuuu.

Can you add a dark mode?

I love the selection and the prices, but it’s difficult to search, shop, and buy in a foreign language. It would be helpful to have language choices. Thank you!

Um so idk why but for some reason I’m h&m I can’t change the language to English? Is there a way to do it? Idkk

Great clothing, but the app is currently not showing the clothing available in store. I have the iPhone XR. Please fix and update!!

I like the app I just don’t like how they replace the inbox section on the app. It was easier to access before, now I have to look for it through the app

H&M has one of the best collections of outfits. The product is great and it looks really well. I’m very happy shopping to H&M and my most of the outfits are from H&M, I highly recommend you guys to try H&M.

App won’t rotate to horizontal mode on the iPad making it cumbersome to users who want to use the app on a more panoramic view.

I like H&M so I’m not gonna give 1 star for this but my app is in French and I speak English so I can’t do anything and looking this problem online isn’t helping

I love H&M they have the best essentials. Everything always fits even for me who is a very round man. I love their products.

Why the app isn’t available for Thailand

I like the organization and features of the app but it’s annoying to use when it freezes out of nowhere. The only way to “fix” it is to close the app and start again- only for it to freeze again.

The items are good and everything but the thing is it takes way too long to deliver

Why is the app no longer displayed in English.?
