I’ve always had the best interactions with Everyone at HailTrace. At Beacon, we don’t just consider HailTrace partners, but friends. The customer service at HailTrace starts at the top, and Derik Kline and his team know and take care of their customers. Their storm data and analytics are second to none and are spot on with full time meteorologists on staff. I 100% recommend any contractor to use HailTrace to help them scale to the next level.

I have been using Hailtrace for years and they have the best technology that surpasses all the other apps and software. With a personal touch that allows me to excel in my field.

The storm data and lead generation is great, the opportunities tab is hit or miss at best. Would be best to do away with those extra features and focus on being a good storm data tracking software. The laptop version works great, but the phone version is bug-ridden and mostly unusable.

Easily my favorite app on my phone. Only people that don’t know how to use the app can possibly write bad reviews. 100% the way to go for storm restoration. Sincerely Tyler!

Ever since you updated the app, it has performed poorly. I’ve given it a very good chance because I use it all the time. It’s still frustrates me everytime I use it. It freezes up most of the time and it’s just so hard to navigate now. Even when I increase the radius out 50 miles I’ll still get the same data as if I were searching within 3 miles. The website works fine, but the app is horrible.

Looks great works slow… please fix quickly
