I use HailTrace exclusively for tracking recent storms and severity and am always impressed with the features and accuracy of the data. The maps are really useful for locating the best locations for canvassing and identifying potential leads. Matt Grassmyer introduced this to me when I first met him a few years back and it’s one of my favorite tools to use to boost storm data knowledge and leads.

There are numerous softwares to use for storm tracking. We have used HT for over 7 years. The reason we keep coming back is not only because of the accuracy, but the customer service. The fact that real meteorologist are mapping storms is a wonderful feature for sales and the insurance claim process.

I have been using Hailtrace for years and they have the best technology that surpasses all the other apps and software. With a personal touch that allows me to excel in my field.

The storm data and lead generation is great, the opportunities tab is hit or miss at best. Would be best to do away with those extra features and focus on being a good storm data tracking software. The laptop version works great, but the phone version is bug-ridden and mostly unusable.

Easily my favorite app on my phone. Only people that don’t know how to use the app can possibly write bad reviews. 100% the way to go for storm restoration. Sincerely Tyler!

Ever since you updated the app, it has performed poorly. I’ve given it a very good chance because I use it all the time. It’s still frustrates me everytime I use it. It freezes up most of the time and it’s just so hard to navigate now. Even when I increase the radius out 50 miles I’ll still get the same data as if I were searching within 3 miles. The website works fine, but the app is horrible.
