Hallmark Card online is fantastic. Just add Apple Pay since a lot of people don’t use PayPal. Make life easier for those customers who don’t care to use PayPal. May cost 1% vs a special deal with PayPal but worth keeping customers happy. Or negotiate the same deal with Apple Pay. We’re putting the most favored nations clause.

I’m always late on sending cards out. Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc always sneak up on me so texting the cards works great!! Plus, they’re unlimited which is a benefit for holidays when you want to send out more than one card. Another reason I love them is that they’re eco friendly so you aren’t wasting paper. If someone wants to save the card, they can just screenshot it. Works great!!

Hallmark is such a classy company with all the goodies for all types of celebrations. They also keep up on all holiday goodies. I’ll always shop here.

I love having apps on my phone for convenience but this one is a pain to use. I can’t seem to stay logged in and it’s often difficult to log in at the store. It takes forever to load. I won’t get rid of it because I don’t like carrying cards but I wish it was less time consuming to use.

This is a great app that keeps rewards, coupons, and bonuses in one place. I don’t have to search through emails to find them. They are all right here!

The digital greetings in this app are pretty cool. I recently had a child and was able to customize a greeting to be wife with custom photos and messages directly from my phone and text it to her.

Trying to design a card is cumbersome beyond belief, especially when you’re trying to edit the text of the greeting. It’s basically unusable. They also doesn’t seem to be a way to send to multiple recipients, unless you do the link sharing option.

I was excited to discover that Hallmark had developed an App. I was even more excited discover they were offering digital delivery for personalized greetings with photos. Unfortunately, the photos on my iPhone 15 would not load onto digital cards. Disappointing 😫

Have waited a long time for this app so was very excited to receive the notification of its release! Love the digital cards. Love the convenience of being able to send physical cards via mail through the app. However there is no link to my Gold Crown Rewards for me to either receive points for purchase nor to use a reward certificate coupon. Would be so convenient to be able to link to my Crown Rewards through this app like I’m able to do through hallmark.com.

Cute cards, but first time using it gave an error when trying to sign up. Later I could sign up but can’t send via text message the card I made.

I’d love to order cards, but I can’t read the tiny print on the card and I’m not able to expand to read it. Such a bummer

This app is useless and keeps giving me errors. On the review tab after writing my message, it kept saying error, try again. So I restarted the app and rewrote the message. When I went to send the card by mail, it asked for my address, but even when the system looked it up and filled in the fields, the app would not accept my address. After a couple of hours I gave up. Waste of time.
