Never had a problem or complaint with Dr Susanna or the clinic. Really very happy with how they care for Bella Luna as she has grown from puppy hood to now almost 2yrs old! And they cared for our 17 1/2 yr Bichon poodle until she passed in 2023. Quality & caring are exceptional.

Our veterinarian uses this app for scheduling appointments, keeping in touch with our care team, and managing health information for all of our pets. It makes it super easy and convenient to keep up with the health and wellbeing of our 5 beloved fur babies. It has been a lifesaver for my neurodivergent brain to know I can access information on past appointments, see when vaccinations and services are due, schedule appointments all right in the same app. The scheduling calendar can be a bit slow

We love this clinic for our dogs. They are all so friendly and kind with our fur babies! Highly recommended! We have had standard check ups here as well as a minor surgery on our Frenchie and they took wonderful care of him!

Love having an app that does it all. I use this app to book my pets appointments, and medication refills. Love that my pets records are here and.I can view each of my pets records and find out what they are due for and book the appointment right there. It’s very convenient and user friendly.

This app is amazing and really easy to schedule my cat’s appointment for his yearly exam at my vet office. Can’t wait to see what else this app can do.

I started using this app and scheduled an appointment. I got a email confirmation immediately . In addition, the messaging is quick as well. I got a response less than a minute

It’s sooooo slow!!!

When it first came out it great, however after a while I lost half of my animals on the list. It’s no way to add them back besides going to the vet and manually adding 6 of them in. It would be nice if I could manually put them in myself.

My vet isn’t listed in app even though I enrolled in their care plan. I cannot find a way to view account to manage or view the payments.
