I can’t recommend this app enough! If you have an inflammatory bowel disease like I do, this app is a life saver. The interface is easy to use, and it’s completely free to use.

Every time my doctor would ask the question, “ when is the last time you had a bowel movement?” I was always stuck on pause but this tracker is convenient and easy to navigate.

This is helping us to track my kiddos bm's. She has issues with constipation and is having to take a daily laxative to help. This tracks how often she goes and the consistency so that we know if the dosage needs to be adjusted. Thankful for this app.
