But it won’t let me play my music and sinc it to the lights

The lights were preinstall - once the wall unit was installed and used to the QR code to get the app, the lights worked immediately and with the app there are endless possibilities. Love it!

Light will not work

The lights are good, the manual is terrible, if you want to combine colors in the different segments or learning what you can do with the lights, then good luck, there no explanation in the box or the manual. There is no even a reference to a website that can explain all the features of the lights.

me and my brother share a room and we have non compatible signs which means we really dont go along together so we both have the app and sometime we are fighting and he turns on the led when its literally 12:53 am and im trying to sleep and it just doesnt let me turn it off no matter what and its SO annoying. please fix this.

This app is amazing! It’s easy to use, and the only thing you need to do is connect your device to the speaker/clock! Then you download the app for free and your set! It’s a five star rating, you should download this for sure!

Amazing lights but one thing I don’t Like about these lights would be when my favorite color went out. My favorite color is red, so about a year ago my color red stopped working. One time about two months ago my red started working again but one day I turn them off and my red color stopped working again. So besides that the are Amazing

I like this app. Odd that you can’t change order, even though the app looks like it’s a function. I’d like to see a countdown function in a future update, where you can hit a button and have lights turn out. I don’t mean on a timer. I know we already have on and off times. This app is the fastest and most accurate Bluetooth connection out their. I don’t know who to measure these things but someone does. Lightning fast. Trust me.

It’s a good app but it always kicks my led off

This app NEEDS to fix my “timing” issue list disappearing and have to redo it. My second issue is not having the ability to connect the app to Siri!

Good although not much music choice like the fact that I don’t need to get up to grab my remote please add more music

I have these led for my room and I came home one night at 12:00 everyone was asleep and my grandpa came downstairs and said my led lights turned on I lost the remote so I use the app and my phone was dead at the time

Most of the apps that I went to for LED light controller how do you pay at least $12 a month for their online controller, this app has you pay no money you can play music on your phone, and then the lights will beat to it. You can basically do a lot on this for no money.

It is awesome It makes me really happy 😃

I personally think that the app is awesome there are no adds and you don’t have to pay for it. Here’s some of the downs I think things in the app can be changed so first I think it should tell you if your light it’s self is dead or if it was easier to use. Now I’m not saying it is bad but those are the downs and the okays. I think it deserves a 3,4 or 5 star review.

I like the music but I would like to add my own music am I missing how to do it ?

I made a really pretty lights color but there is not a way to save it! Please fix this

I got this and the remote but it stopped working after 4-5 weeks later . I tried the app but the help guide is garbage so I tried using the remote but that would never connnect My recommendation? Don’t buy it it only works for a few weeks (From my experience)

It is really cool but one side of my light is yellow when I put it to white and the others side is white

Great quality so far although you may have a mac book to play music and also to make it sync

this is perfect if you lose your remote, (which I didn’t) but when I put pink on my controller it turns purple 😔 but with this app, I can make is actually pink and not purple!! Thank you so much for blessing me with this app🥰

There should be a way to pick 3-5 different colors like a white blue purple and you should have different tones of colors

These light are so cool there so many colors you can change with and the Bluetooth is incredible it doesn’t need money or the app isn’t taken down it work like I charm this get 5 stars

I was using this app for my led lights for a while and it worked really well and I was super happy with my led lights. However, I have automatic offloads turned on on my phone, and over vacation when I wasn’t using this app it offloaded. There are no instructions on the app whatsoever, and I didn’t keep the box my led lights came in so now I have no way to use/reconnect my led lights which is really frustrating as I only had them for a few months. Please add more information for users

I feel like I’m solving for pi when turning on the lights so so hard, I recently started needing them when I wake up and I literally cannot get them on, mind u I’ve had them since last Xmas I have zero idea how to fix it

I can’t access all my music unless I have a MacBook and I can’t use my regular computer which is my Chromebook

When I got this I thought that the music was easy to put on but me and my family have not been able to find out how to put new songs.Other then that the lights are very flexible and have good lighting coverage

It can access my Apple Music to see all of my songs but none of the songs actually play?? The songs don’t sync to the lights at all, which is disappointing. It is overall a good app though

These lights are easy to put up. I love how you can change them with your phone or tablet. They are very bright but also a perfect night light. These lights we reasonably priced. I recommend getting them!!!!😍

Can someone tell me how to control lights in different rooms to work independently. I turn on master bedroom and living room comes on too??????

This app is cool but I wish there where more songs that where free but overall the app is 👍 great

It would be cool if you could add more music choices or we could add our own

Please roll out an update that allows you to pair with function music streaming apps or other auditory purposes instead of uploading files

It’s good I the reason I gave it 3 stars was because for the music there was only 3 songs on the app I wish you could add songs

Can someone please help me😭 I forgot my password for my app to use my phone. I have the QHM set and forgot the numbers and don’t have the papers
