Easy to navigate they have great customer service over the phone .I was driving and had the call on speaker. My buddy was passenger, after the call he also agreed that that was great service my they lady from answering questions , knowable info, even the domineer of her voice . We were shocked

I’ve used the app numerous times and it works great. No complaints here!

The ability to save weekly coupons and the function to open them for scanning is nice. Also, the ability to search and find where things are in the store is really useful, too. If you search in advance, you can also see if a lot of items are in stock, before you head to the store. It would be even nicer if you could scan and save payment info in the app, and really nice if you could order items that are out of stock and have them delivered to the store for pickup.

Had trouble joining the inside track club and I have had a couple of glitches but besides that it’s great

I was a contractor and I had a trailer with well over $40K of tools stolen. I had to keep my team working so I figured I would buy some tools at Harbor Freight until the insurance paid off. Great tools for a great price. The staff at every Harbor Freight I have been to have been great as well.

This app, unlike many competitors apps, has an accurate inventory count. If the app indicates the item it’s in stock there’s no need to call ahead. Great tools at a fair price and a wide selection of items for home, hobby and work.

I love the convenience of it all saves me time and money when shopping for new projects of just getting supplies.

When using the app, searches show irrelevant items and don’t show what I’m looking for. For example, searching for workbench, tool bench, or bench, brings up coupons and bench tools, but no benches. Same searches on harborfreight.com show actual benches.

I love harbor freight because it’s quality tools and for a affordable price I especially love the icon flank drive metric wrenches got it on sale for half off definitely better then the snap-on set 10/10 would recommend and I also got a 30 inch tool box roll cart and it’s the best thing I’ve bought
