It was a lot of helping my travels, I was able to track and pay for bus travels. the app has an English version which was great. I was able to navigate around the airport and it’s environs with the use of the app

I was able to purchase my ticket successfully, which served the purpose for my trip. However, a button is required to be integrated that should allow users to go back to the previous page they were in. Such button is nowhere to be found in this application, which made me close out the application every time I needed to go back to home page or select other options. Please fix this issue as this will make ticket handling and purchase process a lot more efficient.

The app is not easy to navigate as it is not in English language for easy understanding with no means to change it

I tried to make a reservation on 22 May 2025 both online and with the app and received a message that said the reservation could not be made because the payment account could not be created. this even after I tried two different valid credit cards, a VISA and a MasterCard, multiple times. Very annoying and frustrating!
