This app simply works! No glitches. Has useful information for airports. You can check-in and get your boarding pass. You can learn details. Select seats. Etc. even make rental car reservations if needed, and many more features. Seriously a solid app.

Quick and easy!

Excellent customer service with plenty of Aloha. Been traveling with them for over 30 years. No complaints always top notch. We will continue to travel with Hawaiian airlines for the next 30 years. So happy to be part of the hawaiian airlines Hui. Mahalo Nui Loa.

Everything about Hawaiian islands has always been five star for me, but on this trip, probably because I changed my tickets. The website is refusing to let me add my new flights to my phone or computer in “my trips “. Web support suggested I reinstall the app, etc. which I did but nothing worked. They confirmed that I booked, but I can’t see anything on my phone about the flights. I don’t know how I’ll check into those flights. Frustrating.

don’t like paying for bags

This app is awful for the average busy traveling person. It is not user friendly nor practical to book with especially using miles or even in general, nor to make flight changes. If you an idea of what I’m talking about, please see Southwest’s app. It’s is much more efficient to use.

A lot of functions like changing seats, updating your reservation, or updating passenger info cannot be done on the app. It takes you to a website and makes the app feel clunky. Furthermore, I had to change my flight to a day later, and every time I opened the app, the previous flights would show up until I refreshed my trips. Everything seems to take ages to load.

The flight search won’t work and hasn’t worked for a few weeks
