Worked fine for me! What’s up with bad reviews?

I impulsively booked like 5 events for my New York trip and later read the reviews and thought I made a mistake. I panicked and cancelled the ones I could and kept the ones I couldn’t cancel. And guess what? They freakin worked perfectly!!!! The people scanning my ticket didn’t ask any questions. The only thing is one of the dates changed on their own (accident/error) but I was able to cancel that event. I think I used a total of 3 tickets from this app. Again I was surprised they worked because

Feeing duped

There’s no option for sharing tickets with others. I’ll need to manage 20 tickets to a show from my phone. My fault for not realizing the imitations of this app. No option for downloading individual tickets either. Disappointed.
