It Does Exactly What I Need it to do.

I downloaded after my clinic changed things up for the new year and wasn’t expecting much. Usually these clinic health apps are horribly rated and janky. It was a very nice surprise to see this was thoughtfully laid out and not a confusing mess of buttons. As my title says. It does exactly what I need it to do.

Excellent Healthcare App

The app my doctor’s office uses is truly first rate. It’s always updated and easy to navigate, which makes managing my healthcare simple and stress-free. I have quick access to my medications, can request refills without hassle, and review important health information anytime I need it. What really stands out is how quickly questions are answered. Communication is reliable, efficient, and professional!

Very Helpful

This app is an excellent way to reach out to my doctor between visits. The app is very user friendly and very effective. Thank you!

Messages do not load

Not sure what happened to this app, I am unable to load messages from my doctor, just gets stuck with the loading icon. Forced closed the app a couple of times and kept clicking on the message, it finally loaded. I have no internet issues. This needs to be fixed asap that’s the only purpose for this app. Update: Messages started working, still takes sometime to actually open the message, but as long as it works.

Healow

Love this App keeps me up to date with my PCP office

Can really keep up with appointments

It really helped to keep up appointments on time and schedule

Dead links

The links are pre established. No options granted. My provider isn’t in Pasadena, he’s in Texas.

Complicated at times!

As a patient I feel it could be more user friendly especially on the magr side of things.

Review

It is hard to understand and how to move around in the App

Awesome Doctors

I love this place they are fantastic and very caring about the patients I love that they do bloodwork to make sure iam ok I’m very luck lucky to have found this place I’d recommend them to anybody because they are good doctors

Clunky UI with trivial bugs

I can get what I need out of the app, so for that reason I’ll continue using it. Its UI needs work (user account creation/management) and minor bugs (invoices showing due when it’s already paid) just need to be addressed. I use the app - simply cumbersome to use at times.

First time user

Easy access and friendly to use

HEALOW

Not my favorite.

Lo mejor

Podría decir que es el mejor personal médico un excelente equipo profesional

Easy to use

I have a small iPhone, and I find the prompts very easy to use on this Healow app. Moving from place to place seems very simple.

Not very easy to use

I have difficulty trying to get to the information I want. Also, messages linger on forever…

Hello

Great app I love it I would definitely recommend.

Healow App is Great

Recently, I started seeing a new healthcare provider who utilizes this application for appointment scheduling. My experience with the app has been seamless, effectively fulfilling its intended purpose without any complications. However, I have observed a minor design oversight concerning the placement of the Healow logo, which is positioned uncomfortably close to the Dynamic Island on the latest iPhone models. A slight adjustment to lower its placement could enhance the visual interface. Nonethe

6 Negative User Reviews for Healow

Wonky, clunky, tiny

If this app is designed for patients to use, they have not been fuel, tested with patients who have visual/ mobility problems or have difficulty seeing the tiny letters on a phone. In addition, the screen is difficult to navigate, and sometimes disappears behind the keyboard. The text to background contrast has not been considered in several places where the gray text is difficult to read. I completed this application using a large iPad and the letters were still difficult to negotiate with my f

Not user friendly!

Very clumsy and not intuitive!

Pretty terrible app

I’m not sure why this app is so highly rated. It’s actually pretty terrible. There’s also no Apple health integration which would make getting the data out of it more convenient. It’s silly that you need a separate account for every provider and need to sign into each other separately.

Glitchy

Can’t see visit notes. Always staring at the spinning wheel of poor programming. Just portly executed software, which seems to be the norm these days. But I’m sure some tech bro is too busy ruining a once nice small town to care.

Redundancy

When responding to a message from a nurse, it should not be necessary to select the physician and facility. It should be evident that the message is going to the facility where the nurse who sent the message works.

Prescriptions

Several medications should have been updated but never were.
