I found it this app installed very quickly and very easily. It was easy to understand and easy to use. I’m currently using it to see how effective it is. Hopefully my health is good and I won’t have any type of complications. I would recommend anyone interested to at least try this app and see if it is effective.

I downloaded this to check my heart rate but I can’t find this function.Everything else is very useful though the bmi check was especially useful as I struggle with my weight so this lets me know where I’m at and what’s needed to get to where I want to be

Can’t trust the ratings of this app
I could not unlock the app to test it out without signing up for a free trial. I don’t want to do this. I don’t want to give my credit card information out. But the app offers you free access if you give a five star rating and leave a positive review. This is an unscrupulous practice. Those who check the reviews are being misled. How can you give a positive review before you’ve tried it out? I don’t know if the app works or how accurate it is because I can’t trust it now and I will be deleting i
