Not happy with this new app.

I have more than enough benefits to cover scanned items and it shows the correct amount. Sometimes the scanner just says an item is eligible and other times it says it is eligible but I have no funds until I get more new money. Really good, huh? Sometimes it just automatically scans item after item as I move the camera around without letting me close the first one and then eventually I cannot get it to scan at all until I restart the app. Lots of times it will tell me an item is eligible

You know sometimes we need to buy over the counter medicine and hygiene supplies and you can’t ugh it make me so mad but I love United healthcare there the best regardless and there resources are amazing

So far so good I will tell you more later.

Great OTC Products

United Health care has a great insurance program that offers more than great insurance. The UCard is the card you receive when your of the Senior class or have become disabled. I enjoy the benefits of healthy rewards offered by United Health care I see my doctor, dentist or get an up to date mammogram.

Takes 2 to 3 weeks to get delivered

Wish it was easier to use. CVS has a good system in place with scanners that tell tell you if the product is ok for expendendables account.

Healthy Benefits is wonderful! It provides health items that I need that I normally wouldn’t purchase on my own. It saves me money and gives me the chance to try new products. Can’t say enough about this wonderful benefit!

Doesn’t load very quickly

It is important that we stay on top of getting excellent customer service these days. I changed my insurance to UHC. After just 2 weeks I already see a big difference in this insurance company. Whomever is leading this company is doing a great job with customer service. The friendly agents and customer service representatives are professional and helpful with great attitudes toward helping you with whatever the need or questions. Thank you and keep up the A1 service.

always tells me there’s an error poor internet. ( we have fiber optic) I have removed and re-downloaded several times it doesn’t fix it. Main page has a red triangle. Messed up app. I have to shop online or in the store. can’t find anything in the app

It’s embarrassing to be at the stores waiting for the app to work. I never know what products are elegible ??

Most itimes allowed by the plan are not allowed by Walmart.com. Amazon does not take it, Costco doesn’t take it. If you are disable you are screwed because you must go to a phisical store!
