Best but not the best
The apps is friendly and readable for braille device.. but the the apps itself it not reliable. Shut down, Disconnected, Bluetooth, sound control..little other couples that I had to deal with for more than a minute or two... withoutthe apps setting..it is better. Just do at the Dr's computer to set the programs/adjustable for your ear

Great App
This app is just what I needed to enhance my hearing aid experience. It lets me control my devises without me having to fiddle with the control buttons on the aids themselves.

App is well designed and easy to navigate!
First time in noisy restaurant
I thought my hearing aids would work fine. But it was not to be. Set to restaurant default, the treble sound was too high. i kept getting a whispering static or whistling on my right ear. Using the app l, i lowered the treble setting, but it didnt help much. the restaurant had marble walls and highly reverberant noise. But it was disappointing not to be able to make the proper adjustment. -Jan Herman

Great hearing aids! Clear, concise, comfortable! Fit very well in my ears, so light, seems like their not even there! No batteries to worry about, because there rechargeable. And charge lasts all day. Hardly noticeable at all. Be the lucky person to own a pair.

Bad APPle
This app has a lot of bugs. Often, it won’t even open. I’m constantly trying to connect via Bluetooth. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app 4 times. Same problems.
Ok when it works
Very basic control of hearing aids. Often doesn’t connect well. Requires reinstallation. Looking for a better alternative.
Will not connect to blue tooth
Requires separate adjust. Most of the time will not connect to blue tooth or one will the other one doesn’t.
