I got the gold gacha ticket and the next day I came back to spend my gold gacha ticket and it said that I already spent it!!!😡😡🤬🤬🤬 But I DID NOT SPENT it!!! And today (24,December,2025) I got a normal gacha ticket and I got in the store to buy Gawopoerro stuff and it said that I already spent it, so PLEASE, fix this issue from the game!!! BECAUSE ITS ANNOYING!!! Pls read this!!!🫖🥒✨🌹🌺🫧🎄🌸💕🌷🎀

First of all, let me say that this is a really cute game. However, I wish that you would reissue Happy Bags more often and maybe even add some of the great stuff that's exclusive to the Japanese server.

I am very glad this game exists!! It’s so cute and addicting and allows me to still enjoy the franchise i have been in love with since i was a kid now as an adult. But i do feel that sometimes the prices are a bit stingy. That is my only complaint. Still, i understand and i love the game nonetheless 😛💖

this game is really fun and addictive to play, I love the art style and the sanrio character animations are super cute. At the same time the baseline cost to access the sweet collection is way too high and they often put the most popular events close to each other to try to get people to spend more money. It is pretty much like gambling but with sanrio characters.

My coins never come even when I pay it’s like not linked to me account or smth like ims so mas :(( but I still LOVE THE GAME

I LOVE this game and have played it for a while now!! It’s really cute. And my favorite hello kitty game. But I would say…maybe stay away from the chat board if you are a minor. It’s not the BEST for kids. Especially if you are sensitive. There’s a lot of drama and offensive things. People get hurt on there. Also there’s bots on this game. I experienced one calling me “annoying” and also saying I was copying her. So that’s my little complaint but other then that it is SO cute and all the happy b

Sanrio Characters There are little sanrio characters and there’s a lot of diff ones so do you think you could add more Strawberry serum it’s not fair how some people so can you pls get rid of it some people want the strawberry happy bags too glitch there’s been a lot of glitches ever since this game came out and that’s why some people are tired of it so can you fix it one extra thing if you don’t won’t to l give up the strawberry serum you can let people (for FREE !) when they get to

I can not believe how good this game is here’s where it started so I love hello kitty and games and I saw this app and I was like ooooooo and I got it and it wasn’t good it was great 😍😍😍😍😍😍 I saw all of my favorite hello kitty characters and if you love hello kitty download this game today and please whoever made this game I give a huge compliment goodbye!

When I was on my alt I deleted the account so I could get new items and replace my alt, but instead when I made an new account it usually gives u 12 gacha tix and I didn’t get it. It’s also not letting me delete the account again. On my main I got a free 7 boxes for a happy bag, and I got my dream item and looked in inventory and didn’t have it… it is entertaining but the loading screen take forever. Just very fun but also very laggy…

If anyone sees this, remember that this game is recommended for those who really love grinding for rewards but the issue is that this game kinda has limits sadly... For example, you need a cookie in order to help sanrio characters when they have no "!" Bubble in their head and the coins really need to give us more rewards!

So basically, I feel like I'm going to cry the game let me do a happy bag which I can get 7 of the bags so I choose Picnic bud under the tree. I ended up getting a item I really wanted but then it said to buy a heart pack for 1 dollar. I like the game but it glitches and when I click on inventory and press future and fashion I can't scroll through the different things and I can't get out of my house

This game is VERY cute and can be fun at times, however, it is extremely hard to obtain rare items without spending any money. Yes they need to make profit and other games cost money as well, but is game is on a WHOLE OTHER level. They put a paywall behind almost everything, and in order to keep your rank you have to pay for it EVERY month (which can cost up to $500) All in all, please be mindful and play at your own risk!!

I hate when people give feedback on this app and the developers DONT CHECK like why would you make a game for people and not even check the reviews like that’s so dumb even if a mom hits you on the head with a stick it still won’t knock sense into you so please check the reviews.

I want to love this game since i enjoy dressing up with sanrio and the small multiplayer section. BUT the game constantly tries to nudge you to buy EVERYTHING. You can’t skip the pop ups. Oh there’s a in game event, you can play only if you pay. prices are not even good. It’s really frustrating. 🙁

Okay, So I could be the only one, but not only is this game unfair in prices, I had to remove it due to the game continuously asking for my tracking info and my location. Also, literally impossible to get anything in this game without grinding for over a day and overall the dev's ignore this community. It's got abit of good attributes, but not recommended for people who don't want to waste money.

i downloaded it, went thru the tutorial, play for a bit then deleted in the span of an hour or two. way too complex and on top of that, it takes like 5 seconds to load from thing to thing which is super annoying. came to the reviews to see if it was just me and saw everyone complaining abt the price gouging-ness of it all. ig i dodged a bullet😭
