So I already deleted the game it wasn’t for me. BUT when I download another app, there it is starting to download again. It’s already happened 3 times today.

Customer service fixed a bug reported and that is very appreciated. Cool graphics, cute characters, fun gameplay.

When i get in to the towers I can’t get to the other monsters so like if I picked 10 and I got 113 and the monsters are at 10 and 10 it would go to 150 so can you guys fix that

Playing on an iPhone, almost every battle in the campaign will start to load and then fail, but loads correctly the second time. However, the first failed load always eats 1-2 stamina. Fun other than the delays caused by the stolen stamina.

Why exactly do I need WiFi to play this game I also tried to buy the 10 hero thing and it didn’t give me the hero’s but it took my tokens

It’s a good game but you can’t get anywhere unless you dish out the cash!!!! It’s full of bugs and the support from UCool is terrible!!

The game is great when working . But the Glitches are not fixed quickly and they will take away even your purchases due to them .

Failed to update latest version - deleted and reinstalled - still fails to update. App support goes to blank screen. Thanks

I’ve been playing this game now for years, I’m an upper level player and thoroughly enjoy the game they always keep it refreshing and find something new to add. Keep up the good work everyone should play this game.

I love this game! But one thing i dont like about it, is about the clothes and accessories. The clothes are inappropriate clothes for kids. My sis has this app, so do i!

Love this game and it’s structure. Super fun and easy to play. I really enjoy how it gives out plenty of items to keep you up with the pay to win players.

I enjoy playing. Not really a phone gamer but this was very easy to log in and start having fun. Lots to do and lots battles. Also battle against each other that makes for a nice competitive feature.

I’ve played a lot of similar games, but the artwork, gameplay, and low necessity of pay to play game style put this over the top in terms of fun, and challenge

I had all the people I wanted and quit because the game was busted. Now i cant even get the account back and all servers are full. Scam.

The game play is cool I like the hero’s but as others have stated the servers die fast and you can’t join other active guilds to many dead players taken up space. The admins can send players a notice in the game that if they don’t play within 30 days they will be removed. Also since servers are dead the game shouldn’t charge you money to jump either up or down it’s not a complicated fix. And it shouldn’t be so hard to move your account to another server . This will bring the game back to lif

I have played this game for years and it used to be fun. However in the last few months Ucool has made changes to the game that have made the game tedious and frustrating for everyone who has not put thousands of dollars into their teams. New changes have made this game incredibly pay to win to the point you can no longer complete most of the in game activities because the teams with $1000+ heroes keep less expensive teams from advancing. The game has great potential, but some bugs aren’t fixed MONTHS after I tell them about it. Some heroes are very broken and overpowered while others are very weak and may not perform correctly. What’s annoying is that you are pressured to use certain heroes, and not the ones you like or think look cool. Only way you can get the best heroes and gear without playing for more than 5 years is to drop hundreds of dollars, extremely fun and a great time but they ruined it with all the micro transgressions

Game advertisements showed itself 100% as a 2D puzzle solving side scroller, turns out the gameplay demonstrated is maybe about 3% of the game. The actual game is not my style. Just feels like a major bait and switch based on the ads.
