My top ask is a simple check box that lets you tick it off on the day meds are taken. Like a normal med tracker. I have to use an outside way to track time and date to stay consistent as recommended. My nice to have would be less shilling of other products. Each page has pretty prominent promotions of other products. Honestly it makes me nervous for people using the app because it feels like someone could really spiral if you're having to check an app several times a day that's featuring ever

The medications HERS provided for my hair loss is working amazingly. The compliments have been awesome. I think the addition of the Gummies has helped a lot. Thank you HERS I can now stop my “comb overs” that never really worked.

Site is easy to use

I was skeptical when I first started but now I am so happy that I stuck with it. The results are better than I could have imagined.

I’ve been taking the hair regrowth program for the past year and my hair is longer and thicker than it was in my 30s. All you have to do is take a pill once a day, and noticed that your hair becomes so thick and long. the transformation is extremely exciting for me considering I’ve been fighting hair growth ever since I got Covid back in 2020. I would definitely recommend their company to anyone struggling with hair loss.

I received my first order of the Minoxidil plus Supplements for the three months. My concern is that the bottle arrived but the top was unsealed and the powder i suppose from the tabs being shipped, was all the over the inside of the lid. Do you not have sealed bottles with a foil or other material covering the contents? The lid wasn’t even secured with a seal of some kind?

The products so far are alright but I can’t get the immediate support I need due to the app not working. Luckily I know that a prescription has been filled because it shows up at my doorstep within 2 days but other than that I can’t get the app to load for any updates.

This app has so many flaws and bugs I rarely use it. First one is it keeps asking you if you’ve started treatment and nothing you do / enter can stop that repeatedly happening. Very few useful features, doesn’t even let you track what dosage you’re on each week. Cancelling auto renew appears to stop all shipments immediately not just those after current subscription ends. Seems aimed mainly at signing you up for more “services”.

I filled out the quiz and was approved and charged in under an hour of doing that. It’s been almost a week and my prescription hasn’t even been shipped. I’ve reached out multiple times and no one will give me an actual date that they might finally ship it.
