The laugh track line is always too long. 2 hour wait time.

Absolutely love this app for season passes and wait times! However, some of the wait times aren’t always accurate if people don’t change them. I also do wish that coasters would show up as “closed for season” when I search them up. Hersheypark is my all time favorite amusement park!

It has done everything I’ve needed it to do, answered all questions. Works as promised. Season Pass Holder.

This app is one of the best amusement park apps I have used. It gives great access to everything I need throughout the day, but the wait times shown on the app are inaccurate. Most of the time the wait times aren’t even shown on the app. It would be nice if this feature was to be updated.

Good app but needs some improvements. Sometimes ride times don’t show or way off. Some rides show open when closed

We used this app all day! It was so helpful finding rides, showing the wait times, and where you could find food, help, restrooms, and so much more! We found out a ride was closed before they let everyone in line know, this helped us avoid the crowd and make it to another ride. It made it so much easier to navigate the whole park!

It could be better when it comes to ride times

The wait times on the app are not even close.

Great information but I find it freezes at times. A quick phone restart seems to fix it. Otherwise a helpful tool.

The map is good and showing where things are but the times are rarely correct and sometimes aren’t even close to what the ride actually is. I think they would have to update that more often but showing the rewards and the events and where things are, are the better parts of it

This app is helpful with wait times . Very easy to check on wait times and see where the rides are located. Also use for park hours and to see our Sara’s on passes.

I recommend this app for anyone going on a trip to Hershey. You can maximize the amount of rides you go on by checking wait times and using the map, it’s simple and easy to use, I haven’t encountered any bugs or problems while using it. I highly recommend

For some reason, they are running all the rides With empty seats. What's the point? Why are we waiting 30 minutes when the rides are 25% empty? Annoying!

Best place ever i I have gone since I was 2 year’s old I love going and sooooooo recommend it

I’m a season pass holder and would love to see a few things added to the app to make it more useful. I have the 2x a day meal plan and all day drink plan. It would be super helpful for a spot to show when I can get my next meal/drink or a count down timer. I have been a couple minutes early and have had to wait after standing in long lines just to get my food. The ride estimations could also use some work as I noticed they are not accurate. I love the dietary and allergy food options listed on t

The app overall is functional, but suffers from poor placement of ride icons on the map, difficulty finding your location on the map, and an extremely annoying bug where every single ride appears “closed” when it is currently open, which can only be resolved by opening and closing the app multiple times until it works.

I am at the park now. The wait times listed on the app are off by 60 minutes or more. The non affiliated wait time app is much closer to accurate. The map and ride description are helpful and not offered on other wait time apps.
