Smooth and easy

Did not have to correspond with a person. Scheduled the truck on the app. Clear directions to pick it up. Clear App stuff to get in and start the truck. Couldn’t have been smoother.

Screwy app

This is about the least user friendly app I have ever used. It’s hard to find anything, and the pop-up idea is a terrible one.
