When you use points to finish a level, the game takes your points but doesn’t recognize the level is finished. So frustrating.

Ads keep freezing the game. This is disappointing because I really enjoyed the game

The ad SOLITAIRE CASH locks up the game every time. You have to delete Hexa Up! And reinstall it. Totally annoying. Plus you lose levels every time you do. FIX THIS PLEASE!!! We’ll, nobody is listening. This ad still is locking up the game. HELLO! IS ANYONE OUT THERE?

Nice graphics, quick load. Best of this type of game that I have played

I really like this game and the decorating you get to do but the game locks up and it is very frustrating, especially when you click on a free spot and watch an ad it plays the ad and locks up and you have to restart the game and you don’t get your free spot. I wish this wouldn’t happen because I like this game. I will probably just delete this game and try and find another.

I purchased the game free of ads, and don’t have a problem with occasionally choosing to watch ads for something extra. However, it became impossible to pass any level without watching at least 2-3 ads. Also when playing the endless challenge if I try to watch an ad for power ups it seldom works. It has become a frustrating ad filled game even after paying to remove them. Otherwise it would be a very enjoyable game but it is not worth spending more time watching ads than actually playing the
