Hibbett never lets me down. I’m always able to get the shoes I want rather it’s through a raffle or just buying them outright. The store service is amazing and the app is super convenient, and the customer service is consistently excellent. Easily one of the best sneaker shopping experiences out there.

Overall great app needs work on the raffle wins not lagging when trying to confirm a win

Everytime I open the app there is this annoying error message: something happened please try again. I push through this error message and notice that I can’t find any of my orders on the app. Other than those 2 issues it seems to be a decent app. Could definitely be much better!!!!

I missed two raffles that I had won. When I tried to confirm my win the app continued to ask me if I was a robot and every time I hit I wasn’t a robot it never let me confirm my win. I was very disappointed because it felt someone was taking my wins as I confirming my entry.

I get almost all my shoes from the Hibbetts app,the come fast and are always on point…. In some shoes though I just wish they offered more colors,outside that I love me some them lol

This app works great for me! Easy and straight to the point with raffles.

Apps ok, just don’t like that it usually signs me out. I have to go through the internet to sign in again to look at past orders, idk if it’s just a me thing or if it’s for everyone It should be able to be done on the app.

I enjoy the Hibbet app. So far they have been clutch with releases and always have pretty good choice of selections from hats to shoes. They cover it all

App is easy to navigate

I always shop at Hibbett. Love the styles & they always have deals online. The app is never working properly though, either the filters don’t work, or once you favorite a style it won’t let you open the style again from your favorites list, or it tells you that you can’t place the order even though it’s in stock and I’m forced to place the order through my safari browser. Hopefully they fix all these glitches but I’m not confident since I’ve experienced issues like this for months.
