Update 4.0.0 dev has serious problem

Always works good but after update to 4.0.0 dev version there is a serious problem and all cloudflare workers subscription configs hase problem since today update.

Probably the most convenient V2Ray client.

Automatic sorting by ping, the most intuitive settings, and a simple interface. The only thing missing is manual routing.
