Would love it if the mobile key worked more than 60% of the time.

We stay at this hotel every time we travel to and from Florida. It is always clean and comfortable. We enjoy the breakfast. It’s nice to have a sit down restaurant. The staff is always friendly and very welcoming. The waitress is such a friendly and very conscientious young lady. You have a real gem in her. We love seeing her every trip.

Easy booking, easy check in!

Keep getting error after every click. "That was unexpected, sorry for the interruption. Let's try that again. Also, earlier wouldn't let reserve room. Thanks Reddit where someone mentioned to sign out and sign back in which fixed the issue.

Only received credit for one room when I purchased two. Booked and paid for both rooms and paid with same credit card. Local receptionist insisted on putting my colleague’s name on the second room and as a result, I did not receive honors points. I contacted Hilton, provided toms of documentation but they refused to credit me. I immediately shredded my Hilton cc and have been making Marriott my first choice since. Only use Hilton now when it is more condor me. I’m sorry they don’t have more qual

This app would be much better if the ability to check hotel reviews was accessible via the app as well. It was a pain going out of the app, then to a browser to check hotel reviews.

Recently we suffered a set back IE house Fire initial hotel was horrible came here to A new day!! The manager allowed me to wash my service dog in the back lot wax my vehicle help with costs like price matching a 3rd party site so We could book straight through here so that Hilton could receive the full payment while also making it Extremely convenient for us!! I have difficulty with the Diamond Club phone reps that don’t speak clear English. There needs to be a higher level of clarity for their English speaking skills.

I travel for work around the US. This Hilton honors app has been great for it! I often have to check in later after work and having a digital key has made that process easier. I also love that I can see where on the hotel’s map my room is before I arrive and make changes to the location at check in! Outstanding app convenient and easy to navigate

I’ve been using the app since it rolled out and it has greatly improved and is usually easy to use and valuable. Two improvements needed: 1. Widget. Would sure like to see them. 2. Points activity is still too difficult to read and grasp easily. A simple ledger would sure be useful.

The app itself is great except that lately I haven’t been able to use it at all due to frequent crashes. I have iPhone 13 with the latest iOS 17. Very disappointed, please fix it ASAP

This app makes things so easy. I wish you could see the calender that shows daily prices, but it’s a great app.

I was able to search, book with points/dollars combination, enter payment details and confirm with just a few clicks. Detailed explanation was just a click away if needed.

We usually stay at a Hilton Hotel or HGV and we love their customer service and also how well their properties are maintain. We also love that our Hilton Honor points are very easy to use.

Booking through the Hilton app is easy! There is peace of mind in going with the Hilton brand of hotels. This is very important to me. Everything went well and the result was great also!!

App allows and eases everything you’d want from a Hilton site. Make and cancel all types of reservations. Check in prior to arrival! Check out on app! Communicate with hotels before during and after stay!

Not sure what has happened with this app in the past 2-3 months but it now crashes constantly. Impossible to make it through a reservations process.

I don’t know why but I get errors all the time. I have to sign out and sign back in or book online, but I travel over 100 days a year and it is very frustrating.

The app design itself is fine, and if it were only for iPhone, this would be a 4 to 5 star review. When using on our iPad Pro (circa 2018), it crashes after 5 minutes of use very consistently. This behavior started about 2 month ago, probably right after we upgraded to iOS 17.
