Hilton Honors: Book Hotels App Reviews

I’ve been using the app since it rolled out and it has greatly improved and is usually easy to use and valuable. Two improvements needed: 1. Widget. Would sure like to see them. 2. Points activity is still too difficult to read and grasp easily. A simple ledger would sure be useful.

Love the functionality of the mobile check-in showing me to select my arrival time, choose my room, and access the room with a digital key upon arrival. This streamlines the check-in process.

A good app. Everyone agrees.

The app itself is great except that lately I haven’t been able to use it at all due to frequent crashes. I have iPhone 13 with the latest iOS 17. Very disappointed, please fix it ASAP

This app makes things so easy. I wish you could see the calender that shows daily prices, but it’s a great app.

I was able to search, book with points/dollars combination, enter payment details and confirm with just a few clicks. Detailed explanation was just a click away if needed.

Love this app for booking ease and also checking in with room key from the road and check out al from the app. Easy breezy from road travel to be able to find a place based on the map search function

We usually stay at a Hilton Hotel or HGV and we love their customer service and also how well their properties are maintain. We also love that our Hilton Honor points are very easy to use.

Booking through the Hilton app is easy! There is peace of mind in going with the Hilton brand of hotels. This is very important to me. Everything went well and the result was great also!!

App allows and eases everything you’d want from a Hilton site. Make and cancel all types of reservations. Check in prior to arrival! Check out on app! Communicate with hotels before during and after stay!

I am confused about the bad reviews. We had a great time during our stay. The staff was exceptionally amazing. The rooms were clean and the hotel was very comforting. The hotel staff was very accommodating for our group of 96. THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING! Exceptional stay!

Picked a different room and checked in without any issues.

If you travel a lot, use the Hilton Honors App. It saves money in the long term and you can get a good deal.

Spoke with Mickey also concerning questions I had. She was EXCELLENT! Very courteous and helpful.

Enough info to easily choose a hotel location, easy to book the room, easy to do a digital check in and love the digital key! Being a Hilton member has made our life easy!!

Check in/out works fine, but I have never been able to use it to unlock the door. I know it’s not my phone because I recently stayed at another hotel and their app opened the door every time.

I love this app in every way! It is so nice and easy to find and book a room. All it takes is a few clicks and the room is reserved. I love seeing the price immediately. The digital key is awesome when you arrive and so is getting water when you arrive.
