Over the years I’ve collected rotator cuff and lower back problems and the program keeps them from taking me out of the game, to have 24/7 access in your pocket is amazing! The doctors of physical therapy are knowledgeable and kind if you are in late middle age something like this will preserve your mobility
It really helps to have the support every day. I go to PT twice a week. This program is available 7 days a week and the support staff changes your exercises any time you need them. Thank you so much for your assistance. It is making my recovery from knee replacement so much easier!
I have had considerable pain in my back and down my leg in the past. I have gotten extreme relief through Hinge Health. I do have an occasional flareup, but it is not as bad as it used to be and I know I can get through it. I recommend Hinge Health to everyone that has pain. A coworker signed up for it. I hope she invest her time and effort so she too can find relief. I am thankful for Hinge Health!
App is great for exercise beginners to regular gym folks.
Consistency is key. This is the best app ever suggested by my work. The health coach is encouraging and friendly and helps you keep track of your progress, especially when you try to give up. The Physical therapist are knowledgeable and I love the suggestions when it seems like the program is a little bit hard. They can adjust it and I just love having less pain.
I love that it shows me what to do and lets me go at my own pace. Really well made app
I was skeptical at first. I’m in my late 50s and fairly new to the online stuff. I’ve got a bad shoulder and figured I’d give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised be the ease of the exercises and by the results. No my pain hasn’t gone away but I have increased mobility with less pain. All the exercises are targeted to an exact area and when I’m done, I can feel the difference. Thank you for this program!

I appreciate this app so much. It is a great resource for physical therapy. It is convenient, easy to use and the Dr and PT are very helpful.
I have been using Hinge Health for about a year now. I have seen improvement in the pain in some of my joints. It’s still there but it’s improving!
I never enjoy exercise. This app really made it easier for me to follow along and see the results! Great app for pain management on my neck, shoulders and wrist.

I never imagined a 15 minute playlist could be so beneficial to my knee health. I am so happy I joined this journey. One of the best parts is my coaches always check in with me and when I needed some modifications they hooked me up with a physical therapist who helped me build a program that met my needs.
Quick and easy way of integrating a 10-15 minute stretching routine into your day. Helped me loosen up my shoulders and back.
My neck and hips were hurt when I was hit by a truck. This program is helping me to keep my level of function high!!
I enjoy the 3x/week commitment to the array of exercises that strengthen my legs muscles, hip flexors and improve my balance. I like that my progress is tracked and recorded for me to review. Also, a text reminder if It’s been a few days since I have exercise. I like the literature articles at the end of the sessions. I like that if I have a question or concern, i just text it and I get a response. I enjoy the Hinge Health program format and the accountibility!
The app has been very helpful. Coaches always motivates to ensure goals are reachable. Flexibility has improved by doing exercise. App is easy to setup. Enzo and exercise are complementary to each other and have benefitted me a lot
The Hinge Health program plain and simple just works. If you put in the time, do the teaching lessons and the exercise reps — it works! For the first two weeks I thought I could get by with 3 workouts per week. But I soon saw the benefits and increased it to daily for the first year. I’m a year and 9 months in now, and a faithful veteran doing 3 to 5 workouts per week. I plan to use Hinge Health to maintain my strength and flexibility for the rest of my life.
This’ll get you moving if used and committed to it great quick workout.
So far the only disappointment I’ve felt is that I didn’t take advantage of this program sooner! The app and all the features have me confident I’ll be able to keep going for another ten years when I was told I would have knee surgery before I was 45. I tell everyone I know about this program and this app!
Having daily reminders and choices (level of difficulty and time spent) are both helpful to keep me motivated. I do functional strength training twice a week and Hinge Health has been a good complementary program for me. I am 72 years old and keeping myself in shape and moving is very important for my well being.

I have improved my balance and floor strength using these exercises and following the information on the App. I have increased strength in my core. I am able to hold a plank for over a minute. I am able to do some sit ups with no pain issues in my back. I noticed my back is stronger! My waste line is more toned. My upper and lower strength has improved. I’ve also lost inches and pounds from including my walking after each session.
I’ve been using the app for almost a year. My feet pain has been significantly reduced. I have suffered from Plantar fasciitis for about 3 years and have tried all kinds of therapies, medications, Doctors, etc. Hinge health has been the most effective way to deal with my pain and I can definitely feel an improvement. This app is my salvation for my joints. I have had terrible hip pain to the point that I almost couldn’t walk and absolutely couldn’t sleep. Now after several months of convenient professional therapy sessions, my hip pain is tolerable. I look forward to continuing my therapy as long as I am allowed. I have so many other areas to work on and hope I am closer to being back to my normal self. The therapists are very kind and caring.
The best decision I made to help my lower back pain! I noticed results within a few months of being consistent with the exercises. You are also provided with very good information through brief articles and throughout each guided exercise.
This is a great program for thise who need direction getting started and staying on track. The workouts are meant as starters to get you loose and keep you moving. they are joy intense but if you do them often your body will change increasing flexibility and energy.
I absolutely love this. I am trying to meet my goal of being pain-free and Hinge Health is helping me towards that goal.
Great program, I have not tried other but I think Hinge Health is a great app, with professional help, and highly customizable, the coach is always encouraging and motivating, and the articles are very insightful, I have enjoyed joining this app.

Was telling a co-worker about Hinge Health and how it is helping me and she downloaded the app and is now using it.
I’ve been doing the Hinge Therapy Exercises since 2019. It have really helped me with my left shoulder pain I can honestly say at first it wasn’t easy but I continue doing the exercises which have improved me at 100% I don’t have any pain anymore or issues. I continue the exercises because it helps with my overall strength and flexibility.
This program has provided the accountability, guidance and support I needed to incorporate a stretching routine into my workout regime. It has helped improve my hip flexibility and strength, and my lower back pain is mostly gone. The tips and strategies are helpful as well to learn how to think about pain and how to overcome pain as a barrier to exercise and stretching.
I reluctantly started using this app, which was offered through my work. I have chronic lower back pain since an injury 12 years ago. I used to hurt every day and thought that was going to be the rest of my life. I committed to using this app a year ago, I use it at least three times a week as a warmup or cooldown from exercising. If I’d had this tool years ago, maybe I would not have needed the extensive surgery I just had for serious pelvic organ prolapse. However, this tool has been vital to my strength and recovery following my surgery once I was cleared to participate by my doctor. I’m in my 4th week, and I’m amazed at the improvements and changes I’m experiencing in my overall core strength and pelvic symptoms. I feel like I’ve turned back the clock!

Hinge health is one of the most effective step by step App/process. The care team really cares. They monitor, co-ordinate and motivate so you remain on track and move towards tour goal. This is bite by bite so it can form habit. I miss from time to time but brought back on path. And I do it because it has made improvements.
